On my last trip to the mountains we had a great time staying in this cabin. Had
all the comforts of home plus a very nice hit tub on back deck. Reply fun with snow all around you. -

Cozy Cabin was awesome, had everything we needed and wanted. We were very comfortable. It was clean and nicely decorated.
I can't wait to stay there again. -

This is the perfect spot if you don't mind driving just a couple of miles either way to Gatlinburg or Pigon Forge. I personally like the privacy as opposed to staying in town among all the tourist attractions. The cabin was very clean and the only complaint is although I do like the fact there were absolutely no bugs everything still smelled like insecticide. We're used to camping so it was nice to be able to have all the comforts of home when we came back from hiking up in the mountains.

We had a very good time, and aPG services were very very good, but I've payed less for a higher quality cabin before through another company. I realize this cabin is listed as an economy cabin however I don't think that should mean there's parts of the flooring that need replaced and glasses stuck to the cabinet shelves in a layer of dust. The latter part most likely stems from the guests doing the dishes so the cabinets are probably rarely checked. We also had to gather all of our laundry into a specific location for them and remove all of our trash. I realize this isn't a hotel but even economy motels do some of that for you. In conclusion is was clean enough, cozy enough but nothing to write a grand review over.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. We love getting good reviews, but we also understand that reviews like yours show us areas where we need to improve our service. I'll have maintenance personnel check out the flooring problem with the cabin. If repairs are needed, I will contact the owner of the cabin. I'll have housekeeping be sure and check the cabinets. It sounds like this cabin is due for a 'deep clean'. I'm sorry that you found the 'check-out' procedures excessive, but these are common practices for most condo/cabin rentals. Thanks, Jaci for filling out the survey and bringing these issues to our attention. -

If you need a place to crash after the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this is it! If you are looking for luxury, this is not it, but way better than a motel! If you come in the winter, bring chains or a 4-wheel drive or both.
