This cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very cozy and clean! It felt secluded, and the views were very pretty. My only complaints were that there were not any areas to walk pets and the bbq grill was tiny, and in a awkward spot on the edge of a drop off. It would be nice if they had more videos or games also. The decor was perfectly country cabin! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. I would definatly return to this cabin again..and I would use american patriot getaways everytime! A great company to deal with! Thank you for the great trip!

We loved everything about the cabin as well as the location. It is quietly located off the beaten path but close enough to everything. We had a great time on our honeymoon in "Deerly Beloved" and look forward to returning again and again. The cabin was clean and well stocked. I was unable to access the map online so I called the office and the lady was very nice, had a map printed out ready for us when we arrived and the directions were perfect. The only thing we had a problem with was it must have been lady bug mating season because they were everywhere but we didn't mind. We loved the hot tub on the back porch the best!! We didn't want to leave. I will definitely recommend american Patriot Getaways to everyone.

Perfect romantic get-away ! My husband and I stayed 4 days / 3 nights ... and enjoyed every minute of it. Very comfortable, cozy, and clean. We especially loved the privacy of the deck. The view of the mountains was better than we expected from the pictures. Watching the sunset from the deck was spectacular. Loved the hot tub surrounded by only the stars above twinkling in the ink black sky. We made use of the grill every night ... awesome grilling utensils were provided. Grocery stores convenient to location = we had some of the best steaks, ribs, and salmon during our stay. Can't beat the location - right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge ... off the parkway; yet secluded high in the mountains. Near to everything - from whitewater rafting, ziplining, hiking in the Great Smoky National Park to shopping in Pigeon Forge's Outlet Stores and Gatlinburg's "honky tonk" main street. Lots of choices for places to eat. There is something for everybody in this area and it seems like there is not enough time to do everything. Perfect vacation for any time of the year! We can't wait to return!! The only bad part of the trip was the day that we had to leave our "Deerly Beloved." My husband promised that we would be back ... I am holding him to it!

We had a great time and the cabin was perfectly placed between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The uncovered hot tub was great for enjoying the stars at night. The view was great but could use some clearing of a couple dead trees.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The view was awesome, and the snow just put it over the top. We have reservations again for March. Can't wait!!

This is my 2nd time using american Patriot Getaways and I will never use anothe company again. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I , and the fact that it was pet friendly was a plus. We are always boarding our dogs during trips, it was such a nice treat to have them with us and great us when we got home :) We had a little bit of a hard time reading the map they gave us, we were reading the stop light numbers for Gatlinburg, not realizing they were the stop lights in Pigeon Forge. If we would have known that we would have been to our cabin 2 hours earlier. However, we called the number on the paperwork and the gentlemen helped us and we got there right away. We will know for next time. My only complaint about the cabin was there were probably 20 wasps in the upper window, and they'd come down and land on the chairs, and tables and furniture. We killed about 12 while we were there. I'm not sure if it was the weather change... but we had the same issue in april when I went for my bachelorette party and stayed with american Patriots. They seemed really mellow, and dont think they would have stung us.. however its a little uneasy while you're watching tv to have one take off in flight and land on your arm lol. Other than that the cabin was beautiful and so was the view!! No problems here!

We really enjoyed our stay and succeeded in our goal to do as close to nothing as humanly possible.The view from the back deck was beautiful.This vacation may have literally saved my life.

My husband and I found the cabin to be quite comfortable and homey. The view was wonderful. The only thing that we had a problem with is that the hot tub is in a cramped area and it was difficult to get the cover off and on. Other than that, everything was perfect!
