The cabin was cozy and I loved the gas fireplace, but the hot-tub didn't work (our main reason for renting the cabin), and the dart board was cheap.
It was clean and neat inside, check-in was easy and over the phone. The location was tucked away a bit more than I would have liked- 20 minutes from the main stretch in Gatlinburg (without traffic).

We were there three nights, no jacuzzi because not big enough hot water tank. No hot tub till last night due to broken. We did not get to use what would have been a romantic week. For price we payed we were very dissatisfed.

I want to apologize for the problems you encountered during your stay at Denim Blues. I can certainly understand that you were disappointed when the hot tub stopped working. This is the second complaint we've had about the hot water heater and I will talk with the owners about replacing it with a larger tank. I appreciate your letting us know about these problems so that we can make the necessary changes.

drive was difficult to turn in. raccoons kept us up at night getting into trash cans/ large black ants in kitchen area (could not cook because they were so bad gave up and went out to eat) my son stepped on a wasp in living room was stung / large spider on kitchen sink last morning we were there. More than ready to go home and relax!!!

The hot tub and and whirlpool we're not at all warm, did not like the timer on the fire place. Parking was a bit of a challenge (glad we diddnt bring our truck!

The cabin was beautiful and cozy,I didn't like the driveway too steep we could not turn our large SUV around had to back up the driveway (rainy weather). The cleanliness was ok except the bed comforter did not have a fresh smell. The service over phone was excellent (forgot her name), but she was great with a lot of great information about the area.

This cabin was just the right size for my family of four with 2 small kids. We've been to the Smoky Mountains >10 times. This was our first time to stay at a cabin. I will never go back to a hotel again!!!

The hour long visit by a mother black bear and her cub/mate, (not sure which) was pure enjoyment for my husband and myself. We took hundreds of pictures. The weather was chilly and damp but visiting the Smokey Mountain Park was fun and exciting even in the rain. The cabin only had one couch so that was a hindrance as I had injured my knee and found it hard to get in and out of. Also there was no internet creating a problem with my husbands work contact. Overall the stay was enjoyable and we would return again but stay in a different cabin. Due to an family issue we were forced to leave a day early but had a great relaxing time.

This was a great cabin. It is perfectly located close to town and all attractions yet secluded for that added privacy. Very romantic for our honeymoon. We will definatley stay here again. In fact I think I'll look now for open dates. You cant go wrong here.
