CharlotteOur cabin was cozy and very romantic.
Left on 10/21/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We really enjoyed our stay. The keyless entry access was great. I'm really pleased that we had already grocery shopped before going to the cabin because the location of the cabin was somewhat daunting. We're making plans for our next stay!

Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in July 2012
My wife and I stayed three nights back in July 2012 and enjoyed this cabin. We liked that the Master Bedroom was on the main level and was very spacious. The location was very peaceful and offered tremendous privacy. Other cars never pass so it is very quiet.

Cincinnati, OhioGreat cabin at a great price!
Left on 06/25/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Honey Bear Haven has a great location just in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. From the main road it is 3 miles up the mountain and the last cabin on it's road. You can easily park 4 cars! The cabin is mostly secluded except for on cabin about 100ft away. The view is not amazing, but may be in the fall. This place is very quiet and very well decorated. Patriot Getaways keeps their rentals very clean! We needed maintenance for the hot tub and they were very quick in getting it fixed as well. We started at another cabin and Patriot was very accommodating in getting us a different cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and all we had to buy was food and drink. The one drawback was the chair and sofa need replacing in my opinion. A nice leather or faux leather set would do nicely. Would definitely rent Honey Bear Haven again!!!

Aiken, S.C.Quiet Getaway for Couples
Left on 05/29/2012 for a stay in January 2012
This is a great place for couples to get away for some quiet time. I don't think there is enough to do here to accommodate children for over a couple of days. The scenery was great. This place would be hard to access if it were snowing. The living room furniture was not very comfortable, needs upgrading along with the Tv's.

Not a big deal
Cincinnati areaokay, but not wanting to stay at this home again.
Left on 05/23/2012 for a stay in April 2012
Please understand that I am not complaining.
the toilet leaks and makes a whinning sound that was difficult to ignore when sleeping.
half of the jets in the hot tub did not function
the foot rest for the couch was broken
the floor has large gaps between the boards
no channel listing for the TV
the TV in the bedroom has no remote (did not use because of this)
the couch was difficult to sit in for periods of longer then 10 minutes.
i sure there were other issues that i do not remember after more than a month's time.
the first day a coch roach walked up my leg. (and no it was not a wood roach) -

KillenWe had a Wonderfully Relaxing Stay!!
Left on 01/05/2012 for a stay in November 2011
This was just what we needed. We arrived Thanksgiving Day at the cabin with no problems. Check in was a breeze. The Cabin was perfect for the two of us. Shopping the day after Thanksgiving was excellent. I would recommend Honey Bear Haven to anyone who needs a little time away. Trust me...you will enjoy!!!

ChicagoFantastic Cabin
Left on 11/08/2011 for a stay in May 2010
The size was perfect for two people, it was very clean, and we loved the hot tub and pool table. The only downside was the height of the bed, which requires a stepping stool for shorter people. Otherwise, a fantastic cabin and value.

Byrdstown, TNVery Beautiful and Relaxing Cabin
Left on 10/17/2011 for a stay in October 2010
I loved this cabin, it was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The only thing i didn't care for was the drive to the cabin. The road is very dangerous especially at night. It was very steep.
Response from American Patriot Getaways - 10/28/2011
Manager
Glad you loved the cabin, sorry the roads were not as easy to drive on, that cabin does have steep roads. We would love to have you stay with us again, if you call our office at 1-800-204-5169 then press option 1 to speak with an agent, we will be glad to find a cabin with easier access. Thank you for the review.

This cabin was wonderful. The incline up to it was steeper than expected but the inside of the cabin made up for it. The view was great and the amenities were wonderful. What a great trip!!

It was a very nice place to stay. We had room for my husband and myself our 3 daughters, son in law, 3 grandsons and my sister and her husband. The house is big enought that you are not on top of each other. The location was great. We could walk to the downtown so we did not have to worry about parking. It is also close to the smokey mountains so you can get in the some hiking.

The cabin was spotless. Everything looked just like it did in the pictures. It was secluded and in the perfect location. My wife and I didn't want to leave.
