Absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is in a good location, somewhat secluded but with reasonable proximity to everywhere we needed to go. Not our first time at Moose Tracks and will certainly not be our last.

The title of this review says it all..it was so hard to leave...and we can't wait to go back! American Patriot is the perfect blend of friendly hospitality and professionalism. We will always use this venue when planning trips to the mountains. As for the cabin...perfect location, quiet and peaceful but not too far from the city. Everything was spotless and fresh with anything one would need for cooking etc. The porch swing on the deck was a wonderful addition...the view was private and peaceful looking out through the tree tops! The hot tub was a great bonus...I would love to stay when it colder and enjoy the tub on a cold winter night! We felt totally secure and comfortable in every way. We will be back and hope to stay at Moose Tracks for an even longer stay! Thank you american Patriot, for a wonderful experience!!

The location was great being between PF and Galtiburg,the bed was comfortable,the Jazzuia was Sooo relaxing,after all the walking we did ...It was nice to be able to pull up so close to the door to unload our car,so Conventive...The one and only thing I disliked about it ...When I washed a load of clothes the water backed up into the commode and we could not flush it ...Otherwise the stay was excellent... Please feel free to edit my spelling

Moose Tracks was a nice enough cabin. It was clean and the location was great. It's not very secluded but there was adequate privacy for hot tub enjoyment. The check-in procedure rocks!
My only complaints (and they are minor): the cabin was kind of small and the bed was way too big for the bedroom; the living room TV had a lousy picture; the pool table was cramped.
Otherwise it was fine. Don't think I'd choose this cabin again but I will always book with aPG!

Very clean. Private with great views. We had absolutely no issues. The whole process was smooth. We had a great time and will definitely be returning again. They even decorated for Christmas!

It was very good service, we loved being able to go straight, to the cabin, without having to check in, unlike hotels! The paper work was already done prior and they mailed Evrything else we needed to know about the cabin, as far as how to get the everything! They stayed with me online for quite sometime helping me choose which would be the best cabin for our family wants and needs! To put it plain and simple the customer service was excellent! As for the cabin it was beautiful, very clean! When I had looked on the website prior to booking. I was reading reviews about how some people thought the hot tub was really complicated to work. That was very untrue for us anyways, with having no experience on them prior to this, it was very easy! I absolutely loved the decor in the cabin. I could go one and on about it. We loved it even our teen daughter and teen nephew loved it, and come on most people know how picky teenagers are!!! As for the location we liked the fact it was right between both towns we were wanting to go to. As for the amenities it was really nice having the washer and dryer, not to mention the dishwasher was awesome to have as well! Who wants to stand at a sink and do dishes while vacationing. As for what we didn't like, the upstairs hideaway beds mattress was horrible all you could feel was springs!! So my nephew and I took the mattress off the hideaway bed downstairs and added it to the bed upstairs. I would Defintely recommend the owners to get new mattress! That was the one and only bad thing we could say about this cabin! I know you cant expect much out of hideaway mattresses, but just a suggestion! We hope to Defintely come back and when we do Moosetracks will most likely be our choice! Oh one more thought would be to have more blankets!

The scenery surrounding the cabin and the drive up to it was beautiful. The cabin was clean and well appointed. Fall would have probably been a better time to go because of the color change.

We had such an amazing time. it was our first vacation together and because of the Moose tracks it will be unforgettable. We will stay at Moose tracks everytime we return to gatlinburg. Thanks for such a beautiful cabin!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was much more than we expected. It was quiet and back in the hills, great privacy. It was our first time getting a cabin and will defiantly do it again.

We stayed for a week, it was incredible. The place is magical and I can't recommend it enough. The view is great, the only challenge was getting my car up the last hill. Everything was clean and tidy. The only strange thing was some white powder that seemed to be falling down from one of the ceiling fans in the kitchen. It was no big deal, just a mystery. Saw deer from the porch several mornings.

My husband and I wanted to go someplace special and secluded in the Great Smoky Mtns to celebrate my 50th birthday and we could not have asked for a nicer place! Everything was just perfect from the layout of the cabin to the location in the Smoky Mtns but yet close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The bedroom was cramped, and that's being generous. The "grill" had holes in it, and was not very stable or level. The food would nearly slide off the grill. We had to wedge wood into the hole the grill pole was in to try to stabilize the grill enough to get our food cooked enough to eat.
We could not get the TV in the loft to work. There seemed to be a remote missing. The cabin was average and comfortable enough, but we really don't know how it could be rated as highly as it is rated. The kitchen was not equipped as nicely as the other cabins we've rented. The necessities were there, but utensils, pots and pans were in poor repair. The hot tub was nice.
