There is an animal living in the roof that makes noise all night long. The place was really rickety. You could push the front door open while it was locked if you wanted. The floors leak. When we took a shower upstairs and then downstairs there was water all over the floor. It has a pool table but there is no room around it play. The oven did not work ao we could not use it to cook. The driveway is almost straight up with a 90% turn even with our trucks four wheel drive it was difficult to get to the cabin. Over all we were very disappointed in our stay and would not stay there again.

It is a very nice cabin. The driveway was very hard to get up. It had a wasp problem. It did not have a bear trash can, so we had some visitor during the night. We love how it has wood walls, wood floors, and a wood ceiling. It had true cabin feel. In the kitchen it had pots and pans,plates, utensil. The location of the cabin was great, it is between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The view was nice, it felt like you were on top of the world. It was very secluded. Overall, I would say that this cabin was very nice.

Rented My Blue Heaven and was very disapointed. Cabin is not very well maintained by the owner. Hot tub lid had a hole in it and was waterlogged any smelled moldy as did the water in the hot tub. Furniture had holes in it and there was a wasp nest somewhere inside the cabin. Looked like there was a hole in the sofett that was recently patched and no one must have checked but some kind of animal was now trapped in there scratching all night. The great people in customer service moved us to the Patriot Inn which was a much nicer cabin. They always have the best customer service people and are always very responsive. Unless owner maintains my blue heaven better I would stay away from it

I am sorry that you didn't like My Blue Heaven. The hot tub cover has been replaced since your stay. I apologize that it wasn't replace prior to you visit. I have spoken with the owners and they do plan to refurbish the cabin this spring. Thanks for taking time to respond to the survey. We appreciate your business and value your opinion.

This cabin was perfect for my husband and two young children. It was secluded enough for privacy but not too far from civilization. The service was great. Our refrigerator was leaking the first day we returned from an outing and the second day, my little boy was sick and had to go to an urgent care. I called the 800 number in the guest service booklet, and the operator was quick to handle both situations. The only complaint was the pull out bed was in poor condition. I filled out a survey about our stay, and they informed me they let the owner know the changes that were needed for a better stay. Overall, this cabin was a joy to stay in. I'd recommend it to any of our friends/family.

We stayed at My Blue Heaven for a week in april. The cabin was wonderful. It was very clean and very quiet. The driveway was a bit steep but we managed. I can't wait to return and stay here again.

We loved this cabin tucked away up on a hill really nice. Couldn't use the shower right away but maintance came out and fixed it. But this cabin should have a remark about the steep driveway. We had a hard time getting our F-150 up it. The drive has a sharp turn then heads up a hill. To keep the rearend from slipping one of us had to sit on the tailgate. If the driveway would have been wet or slick from snow we never would have made it up. I would just make note of this on the ad so that future renters don't have our problem. But maintance staff as well as other staff were really nice.
