We had a great time spending the weekend in " Settlin' Inn"!!! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the view was very nice and comforting. The only thing I can complain about is... Nothing! Couldn't come up with a negative thing to say about this cabin & thats shocking! I will return :)
Thanks american Patriot Getaway for an amazing weekend. -

I paid half what I paid for this cabin on prior cabins and had a much better stay. The alarm on the cabin would beep at different times with replace battery across the keypad. Half of the jets function on the jacuzzi and the turn knobs are broke. The air-hockey table on the top floor makes noise as if it works, yet no air comes up through the table. The TV above the fireplace in the livingroom played sound on about half the channels. The toilet on the upper level backed up after every use which explains why there is a plunger sitting on stand bye next to the toilet and for what you play for a "Luxury +" cabin, you think the utensils and supplies in the kitchen would contain a lot more items than what they do. Not worth the expense. Would not go back to american Patriot for cabin rentals...way over priced and for what it's worth, don't let the photos mis-lead you.

The cabin was very nice. Our entire family rented the cabin for the week of Thanksgiving. This cabin is rated a luxury plus rating. We were disappointed in the condition of the cabin. It was not as clean as we would have expected. There was mildew in all the bathroom showers, the floors and stairways and on the walls had cobwebs and dust. The dishwasher and hottub did not work when we first arrived, someone came out numberous times to fix however the dishwasher finally got fixed 2 days before we had to leave and only one side of the hottub ever worked. Very disappointed. I think for the money we paid for a luxury plus cabin we were not given a luxury plus. The cabin was not well maintained. We had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg with all there is to do. And the cabin is really beautiful but the furniture could use replacing it was definitely old and used to its fullest. and the mattresses on the sofa beds are just pitiful, we did not even pull them out the kids just slept on the sofa. We were not as happy as we thought we would be. Hopefully when we come back we will have better experience in a different cabin.

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was spacious and we loved the open floor plan and the view off the back porch was lush and green. The check in was easy once you got up the mountain and the cabin had many amenities to choose from. My kids are older so they all loved the gameroom upstairs. Loved it!

This was a very nice cabin to rent for our spring break! It was very clean, beautiful views. We weren't expecting it to be so difficult to get to and from the cabin though. very steep and winding hills. Better to leave at the beginning of the day and return at the end. Don't plan to come back for lunch or a nap and then go back out. The cabin was smaller than what it looked like it would be from the pictures, but still plenty of room. The kids liked the game room!

This is great place if you dont mind the neighbors being close. The view out the back was ok, but again you see alot of cabins nearby. All in all it was a very nice unit, clean and orderly. Also the unit is way up in the mountain.

This house was wonderful. It has beautiful views. The service we received was excellent. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay great. Pure comfort. It is very far up the mountain, so if you are not used to mountain roads, it can seem kind of hairy. Winding staircases look great, but are not as easy to maneuver as I thought. Not too bad though. Would be happy to go there again.

This is a cozy, clean cabin with great decks and views. Very private feeling and the roads are not too bad getting up to it. The steps to the different floors are all spiral, so if you have anyone in your group that needs wider or more accessible stairs, you won't like this, but it is a neat set up. Has a great upstairs, surrounded by windows, large tv, game tables and a bath. Enjoy your trip!

Day 1. Lock box don't work, Fireplaces don't work, MB Door ready to fall of the frame hard to shut door, Hot tub was 84. Jacuzzi Tub in MB spits out Black mold while running. "I'm seriously allergic to Mold so to the store I go for antihistamines"
Day 2. Maint. Staff left door unlocked with my personal belongings in the cabin. Fireplaces still didn't work, MB door still loose on frame hard to shut door. "Hey the hot tub finally heated up" and the infamous Mold is back again after a thorough cleaning by cabin staff.
Day 3. Fireplaces get repaired, Door gets repaired, Don't even try the jaccuzi tub anymore my allergies can't take another day of that.
Day 4. Enjoyed the cabin
I won't be back at this cabin again -

This is a really nice, remote cabin to stay in if you don't mind traversing through the woods to get to it. We really prefer being located closer to Gatlinburg and the drive, especially at night with all the curvy roads was just more than we preferred. However, it is a nice cabin, no one was close to us and the view was really nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again it just wasn't so far out.

The cabin was perfect for a group a girls from work doing a "girls weekend". Everyone had plenty of room- and plenty of activities- pool table, hot tub, and plenty of Tv's- close enough to gatlinburg to enjoy a night on the town -overall good experience- we will do again!

We have had bad experiences with other cabin rental places, and I have never had a bad experience with american Patriot Getaways, that they haven't made it right, or even better! They are a much better company than the previous company, and I would most definitely recommend them.

The hot tub was out of commission which was a huge disappointment. But other than that the place was beautiful and we had a great time.
