My husband and I renewed our wedding vows in our home town and then drove to the cabin in Tennessee with our two children 6 and 8 years old. I had no trouble finding the cabin in the dark, the directions were right on the money. The cabin was wonderful and very peaceful. My kids loved having a Hot Tub and a Pool table upstairs. I would love to stay here again next year! The other thing I loved was that the key was in a lock box on the door and I didn't have to drive into town to pick up the key from an office.

I wasn't going to bother with a review since they seem similarly positive, but considering it's been a month since our trip and I'm still wishing I lived there, I feel obligated. Pro's: It's the most gorgeous cabin of any I saw while driving around. The kitchen is tastefully rustic and fully functional with dishes and a few pans. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer. The living room area was cozy. The bedroom was comfortable and included extra pillows and blankets. Cons: It really is located on a windy mountain road about 15 or 20 minutes into town, but that's what makes it private. We had an issue with the hot tub (it overheated and shut off). It would have been nice to have instructions on how to control the hot tub (like they include for controlling the TV) so we would have realized that 107 was too hot and our attempts to turn it down should have worked, but the buttons were broken. Then we would have called maintenance sooner. I hope you have as pleasant and relaxing of a trip as we did.

The service was excellent. The home was up to date, very clean. The hot tub was as clean as I have ever seen. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. I slept like a baby every night. Definitely will go back to this home as soon as possible.

We Had a great time! We enjoyed pool and the hot tub! The kitchen was a very nice addition as opposed to staying in a hotel and having no kitchen! We will definently be planning another trip to Gatlinburg and be stayin again!

We had a really nice stay at the cabin it felt like home.It had great mountain view its perfect if you have small children because theres a yard they can run around and play in. It was very clean when we come back i will definatley choose to stay in that cabin again.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't be more pleased. The cabin was very clean and everything was ready for us to come in as scheduled. Don't expect a breath taking view from the porch, but if you're not worried about that then you'll be very happy. Be aware that the roads to get to the cabin are very narrow, curvy, and mountainous. The directions got us there just fine though. My brand new gps did not have a signal so be sure to print the last bit of directions. I would definitely stay here again, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Also the bed was extremely comfortable!

We have always stayed with aPG for the past 5 years and this cabin was not the usual standard i have come to expect from aPG. I have always liked aPG for their service, kindness and cleanliness. The bathroom sink is being held up by a 2x4, Cabin was dirty, carpet in bedroom is badly worn and stained, furniture was not comfortable, had to wash the bedspread before we used it because it had an awful odor to it, the pots and pans are so old the "teflon" and stuff is chipping which is not healthy, the rugs need washed and/or replaced they are very old and worn, there is a note saying that all hot tubs are drained before the next guests arrive and I find that hard to believe as our hot tub had dirt all on the bottom of it and 1 set of jets didnt work ( we didnt get to use it) when we woke up in the morning there was a roof leak by the T.V., dripping water on the floor. These are just a few things, needless to say we were very disappointed!! We love TN and needed this get away sooo bad and it was not enjoyable.

Our stay at "Sunshine Day Dream" was a perfect weekend get away---exactly what we were looking for. Our cabin was nice and excluded but not too far away from the beatin' path. The cabin was extremely clean including the hot tub. The weekend was definitely worth the affordable price. We plan on returning again without any hesitation.

My girlfriend and I went to Gatlinburg in Nov. 2010 for 4 days, I proposed to her while we there. This made the perfect cabin for just the two of us for the week. It is somewhat remote of cabins around you.
Extremely clean. Everything was in working order.
The only con to the cabin is that the shower seemed extremely small. Both the size of the shower and the height of the shower head. I am 5'9 and my wife is 5'2 and the shower was kind of small for us. I would not recommend this shower to anyone over 6 feet.
