This was our third stay with Jackson Mountain Homes and we never had any issue that wasn't solved asap. The staff are both kind and courteous. The cabins are always clean and comfortable and makes our vacation the wonderful expierience that it should be. Artistically Inclined has a very nice fully fenced yard which our dog absolutely loved. It is also close to all of the area attractions. We will continue staying with Jackson Mountain Homes.
Artistically Inclined was awesome!

I made the reservation for my daughter's greduation from UT. We needed a place to sleep 9 and to have several of her friends over to dinner to elebrate with us. We also had two doges, her 1 yo german and our 6 yr old husky. They had a fun time in the fenced back yard. We enjoyed the gas logs, hot tub, great kitchen for cooking, large dining table for eating and playing games, excellent TV and setero equipment, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds... It was just wonderful! The home was very cosy and welcoming. We truly had a fabulous time and will remember it forever. Thank you so much!

We were very comfortable at this cabin, but it was a little worn. Carpet had runs in it and several stains. Interior doors were dirty and needed to be painted or cleaned good. Guest bath wallpaper was old and starting to come loose. Overall, we were fine here. We weren't in the cabin that much anyway. We had a problem with 1 ceiling fan and the outside lights being burned out, but when we called JMH Office, they were there quicky to repair/replace the ceiling fan and lights. For the amount we paid to rent, I would have expected a little nicer. We will rent from JMH again, because we have always liked the cabins we've rented. Just won't rent this one again. Read more
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Artistically Inclined. We hope that you enjoyed your stay and apologize that it wasn't as great as previous stays with Jackson Mountain Homes. We will assess the carpet, doors and wallpaper for repair/cleaning/replacement. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and your understanding. Thank you for letting us know about the ceiling fan and lights so that we were able to quickly take care of it during your stay. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Artistically Inclined was perfect for us and our dogs! The roads getting there weren't too steep, the cabin layout was awesome, and the fenced in yard really topped it off. We could put the dogs out back and not worry about putting them on a leash. We will be back!
Very cozy and the yard is beautiful!!!

This cabin has a wonderful deck!!! We spent most of our vacation outside on the deck, front and back! The gazebo area where the hot tub is was a great place to sit in the evenings.

Our week in Gatlinburg

What can one say... it was beautiful, the house was great, the fenced in yard was wonderful for our four legged baby, who loved everything, as did we. Whether you are a small family with pets, like us or a bigger crowd, this home can fit all your needs. The timer fireplace was one of my favorite features... although, morning coffee on the balcony sitting in one of the many rockers was pretty awesome. Everyone one from check in to the check in call to make sure everything was fine, was super. Location was perfect hight in the hills and close to Gatlinburg and the best feature was all the speciality shops within the area. The house is nicely stocked with stuff, extra pillows, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc... only thing I would suggest is some more Laundry detergent :) We loved our stay so much we will be back in the fall and check out one of the other beautiful homes featured. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great vacation get-away. It is lovely, just lovely peaceful, beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful time! 4 paws up!! :)
Super nice place, clean and well maintained

This was a great place to stay. House was in great shape and kitchen was well supplied. Getting to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was very easy on the back roads, always avoided traffic. Highly recommend. Great price too.

This cabin was great! It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and our dog loved the fenced backyard. Quiet and cozy yet large enough that we were not tripping over each other. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and televisions for everyone!
Perfect cabin for people and pets!!

I was very surprised upon entering the cabin to see how clean it was and how clean and fresh it smelled, knowing that it was a pet friendly cabin. The backyard was perfect size for our 2 dogs. The hot tub was fun, the desk was big enough for our yard toss game, and we grilled salmon perfectly on the charcoal grill. The cabin was located perfectly in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
Pet Friendly a+++

Check in was easy and everything was all set up and ready to go. Friendly staff. Everything at this artistically Inclined was equipped, lots of towels and clean. The a+++ is the Pet Friendly and we brought all of our 4 Medium dogs and thought that was excellent. It would be nice if pet owners pick up after their pets at check out (just a thought). We liked the wrapped around patio and gates as well as the hot tub. Grocery store not too far very convenient but a little pricey. One problem we had was wasp's and bee's since I got stung by wasp by one. Good thing I wasn't allergic. All in all we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return next year and make this our yearly road trip. Read more
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Artistically Inclined. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay! We are sorry to hear that you were stung during your stay and hope you are okay. While we do have regular monthly pest control at each home, during this time of the year bees can certainly be a nuissance. We will have pest control spray around the home again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and your understanding. We look forward to seeing you again!
Beautiful, Comfortable and Clean

We stayed at this home for 4 nights and enjoyed every night there. Beautiful view from the deck. The master bedroom is huge and so is the hot tub. Living room was very comfortable, and the dining room table is bigger than the picture indicates (we easily had 8 people sit at it). Tvs in each room was very nice for those that wanted some alone time. The cleaning staff left plenty of towels (loved the fun folding!), and everything was very clean and smelled nice (would not have thought this home allowed dogs!). Plenty of dishes/glasses and cabinet space in the kitchen. The back yard is really for the dogs - it is a steep slope so can't really enjoy it as a human, but the porch was more than enough space and the dogs loved it. Location-wise, the home is about 15 minutes from downtown and is very close to the artsy area, so there's good shopping close by.
Cons: Very slow internet (apparently a Jackson Mountain Homes issue, not the house); bring your own toilet paper - the kind they have is thin and rough.

This place was serene, clean, quiet and very well managed. I went with my family and two other friend's families. Place is nice. Management is great. Arrival package is self explanatory. In our case, barring the directions to the cabin - map - everything else was just great!!! Highly recommended, but be prepared to be little lost because of bad maps and no signage, especially if you are arriving late.

The cabin was nice the fenced in yard helped greatly with our dogs. Just a few problems the last step to get to the yard was about 2 feet high so the dogs had to jump up and down. The cabin also had a hornet infestation we bought 4 cans of raid that mixed with some rain we were able to take back control of the deck. Overall I would consider staying there again, but be warned it is a little bit of a drive to get anywhere. Read more

The cabin is in a great location. We loved the fenced in backyard. It has a very nice hot tub. The only bad thing was the abundance of bees and wasps flying around the back deck. Overall if was a great place to stay and we plan on staying there again.

The location was great! Nearby to the arts and crafts communities and only minutes from Gatlinburg, the cabin was spacious and well maintained. It was filled with local art and even had a self guided tour written to guide you around the rooms to showcase the art. The deck and hot-tub overlooked a beautiful valley and were a perfect match for the gas fireplace indoors. The only needed improvement would be a current revision to the map provided upon check-in(...one street name was changed or omitted altogether). All in all this place had every need well covered. Kudos to the owners and rental company. Read more
Thank you for your input. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back soon! We will revisit the map to the cabin and make necessary corrections soon. Thanks for letting us know about that!

Everything was wonderful, lots of room and the fenced yard was a plus. The home was open and allowed us to cook, eat, watch TV, play games and interact with each other. The location was nice and quiet. The only thing would be to let renter's know that the road is very curvy and small, only allowing in a few areas one care to be able to pass. The staff at Jackson Mountain Home office were wonderful.

Thank you for your comments. Artistically Inclined is located in the country on a country road, about 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and dowtown Pigeon Forge. Our website now has a map location of each cabin so that guests may better plan their stays. We have been experiencing a bloom in ladybugs due to the few sunny warm days we have had the past couple of weeks. We apologizy for their intrusion into your cabin.

Check in was pretty standard - they reviewed instructions but it was kind of like reading a script. Someone called on Day 2 to ask if things were okay which was really nice;never had that happen when renting homes at the beach.
House was really nice and great for a dog since it had a fenced yard. But when were searching for places we asked about homes with a yard that would be safe for small children to play. This home does not have that. The back yard was okay for the dog but not for people to enjoy. The linens and the home was very clean. You could tell the sheets&towels had been cleaned well and pressed. The gave a great supply of soap and paper products for a 5 day stay for 2 adults/2 children.
The handout on crime in the area and about setting the house alarm when we were gone made things feel not so safe when we were there, especially since it was so secluded. The house is pretty far away from things in Pigeon Forge and the National Park, especially things to do for kids. We learned a short cut to Pigeon Forge from the AAA person when we had a flat tire several days into our trip. It would have been nice to get some tips for avoiding the traffic and about short cuts during check in from the rental company. We would rent from Jackson Mnt again only in a different area.
Awesome outside features!

This cabin was a perfect fit for our family (which includes our dogs). The deck and the fenced in yard was a plus. The location was awesome, only a short distance from two prime spots. The only thing I didn't like was being woke up by the sound of lawn mowers.... it would have been nice to be give a heads up that this was occuring! Read more
Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that the grounds maintenance company inconvenienced you. Our stay was quite enjoyable. We felt very comfortable with our five children and two dogs. The porch was my favorite as it led downstairs to the fenced in backyard and the kids and dogs were very safe. We hope to come back again and would definately pick Artistically Inclined.

The cabin was great! It was the same as the picture on the website. That was the first we stayed in the cabin instead of the hotel, and we had wonderful time there! Just a reminder, we spent some time to find out the location, and almost no cell phone signal there. Anyway, it was a great vacation.

We loved Artistically Inclined for our family vacation. We were also in Gatlinburg for the Mountain Hounds Event, so the fenced in backyard was a real plus for our two greyhounds.
The cabin was perfect for our family of seven. It had everything we needed and more.
We love renting cabins from Jackson Mountain Homes. When we are planning family Gatlinburg vacations our grand-daughters get on line and start looking for a Jackson cabin. We would certainly stay at Artistically Inclined again.

I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrrived at the "cabin." The photos online did not do justice to the interior of the house, which was comfortably furnished and provided all of the necessities. We literally did not need to bring anything with us but food and personal items.
The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. We stayed the week of Christmas and it was great to let the dogs out while we stayed inside by the beautiful fireplace!
My family is already planning our next week there during the changing of the leaves! Can't wait.
