Enchanted View Lodge is in Black Bear Falls, which is a great location - conveniently close to the Park, Gatlinburg, a grocery store and the arts & Crafts loop. We've stayed in this area several times because of its convenience but have never been thrilled that there are so many cabins so close together. The cabin was easy to get to - wonderful directions from JMH and we were very satisfied with the amenities. Pro - pet friendly, con - narrow galley kitchen. Being there were only two of us and our dog, that was OK. When I first walked out on the main deck, I was dismayed because there was a cabin right below us, one right above us and many others to the side of us. But after a while I forgot about the cabin below us because the view of the mountains above it was spectacular. The best part was that at night you can see the lights from Gatlinburg far below - really cool! There were people in the cabin above us and in two cabins on the side of us, and occasionally we could hear them talking, etc. There was not much privacy from the one on the other side of the street from us. But all in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would probably come back, mainly because of the view. Jmh is great to work with - I've lost count of how many times we have rented from them. They are so knowledgeable about each cabin and very accommodating.

Our stay was great. Cabin clean. easy after hour check in and easy to find with gps. Great views. Nice interior. Yes the beds are very hard and the bed upstairs squeaks ( my 10 year old slept there and even complained ). If this is your only complaint though your stay was great! Weather was fair. Game room kids love

Your service was awesome, we found you because we were up there and had to relocate because another chalet provider in the area rented us a cabin and we were unable to get to it because of weather/ road conditions when we told them we could not make it to the cabin they said they were booked could not provide us a place to stay or give us any money back even though we had just paid around 500.00 for a cabin rental less than 30 min earlier ,were 5 hours and 2 states from home with nowhere to go for the night and it was snowing and to top it all off it was our anniversary. We called jmh first thing the next morning and within minutes you found us a place to stay and we loved it. We will never stay anywhere else ever but jmh you made us feel like family and the chalet was beautiful with an awesome view we will stay there again next year if its available!!! Enchanted View was a great cabin to stay in for our family! We have stayed in many different places within Black Bear Falls and this was everyone's favorite. Plenty of room for all to eat, watch TV, play games, and just relax! The view is amazing~ the best yet especially from the hot tub. We used the kitchen and grill a lot with everything that we needed right there. The location is perfect as it is away from the hustle and bustle but is close enough to get to shopping and the National Park easily. We went horseback riding, hiking, and toured the arts and Crafts community. We have used Jackson Mountain rentals many years now and have always been impressed with their staff and dedication.

We had a great vacation and loved the house and everyone with Jackson Mountain Homes. We had problems with one of the DVD players in a bedroom and someone came out within a few minutes and solved the problem. The main level bedroom must not have any insulation in the inside walls because you can hear everything, even paper rattling in the kitchen or living room. The lower level bedroom though is very very quiet. The deck, the rocking chairs and the views are awesome and of course the hot tub! Oh great firm beds too.

My family stayed at the "enchanted View" lodge. It was a beautiful view and a great week to get away from everyone and everything. Thw hot tub was great after a long day at Dollywood. Waking up to the view of the smokey mountains every morning with my cup of coffee was the best of my vacation. Great lodge! The black bear I saw was a bit scary but well worth it.

We loved the location of the home, the size, all of the bathrooms, the hot tub, the Tv's, wireless internet access, and the pool table. Service was great - we locked ourselves out, called Jackson Mountain Homes, and someone was there in about 10 minutes to let us back in. Another time, the air conditioner went out, and it was fixed within an hour or two. One thing that could be addressed is that the end of the driveway is steep near the fence and if you get too close to the fence (right hand side) you might scrape the bottom of the front bumper when you back out of the driveway.

We booked this stay online with caution because it seemed too good to be true. Upon our arrival, we were taken back by the beauty and spaciousness of this cabin. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed a lightning storm passing across the mountains while we rocked on the top balcony. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Simply put, we would book this cabin again without reservation.

This is the 4th time we rented a cabin from JMH and we were always very happy. The Cabin was very well equipped and comfortable...It could have been a bit cleaner; the floors were dirty (crumbs & hair from previous guests) and trash cans were very nasty when we removed the gabage bags, and are in need of a good cleaning. The dining table had a glass top and was also very dirty and looked like it wasn't cleaned in ages.

The cabin was wonderful and had the most gorgeous view of the mountains. Sitting outside on the decks in the rocking chairs was one of our favorite things to do. The hot tub was a bonus for the family. This was one of the best vacations that our family has had in years. What we liked the least was we only had one week we could stay. We would have liked to stay longer.

My family has been renting homes from Jackson Mountain Homes for close to four years now and every year we are as equally impressed as the year before. This trip was actually a trip with friends and we were not disappointed. The house was well stocked with everything you could need, booking was quick and the customer service was great which carried on through checking in and checking out and during our time there. The views were great and was in a great location. A little closer to the other cabins than expected but not a huge deal. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the mountains.

The check in office was staffed with a wonderful woman who helped me navigate the area and gave me specific directions to the cabin.
When I arrived at Enchanted View Lodge I was in awe. I didn't know what to expect as few places are exactly as the photos show online. It met my every expectation and I was very pleased. I loved the one bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Very convenient for multiple families to stay together providing privacy.
I loved that I could bring along my dog. She had a wonderful time outside on the deck and going for walks.
The location is perfect. Away just far enough from the downtown area yet close enough to the arts and Crafts area. The community itself provides great walking opportunities and several beautiful photo opportunities. The location of the cabin is nice and on the edge of the other cabins so only two direct neighboring cabins. The view is spectacular.
The weather was wonderful and warm. The last day of my stay it snowed. The breathtaking snow view on the mountains made me glad that it had snowed so I could experience that beauty as well.
The only downside to the stay is ease of entrance and exit from the driveway. I scraped the front bumper of my new car on the uneven pavement at the end of the driveway.

Since having our baby our criteria for selecting a cabin has changed considerably and this cabin was a great fit for our needs.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor with plenty of room for our son's pack-n-play & changing area. Having a door, rather than an open loft layout, allowed us to keep disturbing noise to a min.
The hot tub & a queen size bedroom are the main floor rather than the lowest level typical of a lot of other cabins.
The pool table is tucked down in lowest level with a very nice fireplace, TV & queen bed/bath. It didn't feel like a basement.
It's only minutes to Gatlinburg, grocery store and Greenbrier section of the Smokies (our favorite for hiking).
Note: It is a congested neighborhood, so keep that in mind if you are hoping for some solitude. However, this cabin is laid out in such a way that you do have some privacy, even from areas of the deck - though you can see and hear the neighbors from the hot tub.
The cabin was exceptional clean and well appointed for a weekend visit. If you plan to stay longer bring some dish soap, dishwasher soap and paper towels with you.
We brought three baby gates and used them all. The deck connects directly to the driveway so we used one so our son could play outside without wandering off. We also used one on his bedroom door, as we were afraid he would accidentally lock the door behind him, and the third at the main stair that leads to the Master Bedroom. The stair to the lowest level has a door. We used a baby proof door knob protector as those stairs are very steep.
The deck wraps two sides of the cabin. Mt LeConte looks close enough to touch. At night you can see the sunset and the lights over Gatlinburg. In the morning you can enjoy a private breakfast at the picnic table in the sunshine.
Jmh is always a pleasure to work with. We have been using them for years and can't recommend them enough.

I have rented from six different companies in the Gatlinburg area and this has been my best experience by far. The Black Bear Falls community is just the right amount of distance for the city areas to make you feel secluded. This cabin has the best view over any other one I have stayed at (probably been to about 20 cabins). Check in/out was a breeze and the cabin was in great condition. The only issue we had was that the toilet on the bottom floor clogged very easily. I did inform management upon check out and they assured me they would have a plumber look into it immediately

The service was great. The enchanted view lodge was beautiful everything new I thought it was builted the day before we arrived. It had all the menities you need. What I liked the most no one bothers you passing by and checking on you its like your home. The only thing I would change would be the beds too hard for our tasting. Also a coat rack would be nice too.

We selected this cabin mainly because of the view, access to pool and the fact that it has 3 levels each with a bedroom. This is a good option for extended families. Each BR has its own full bath. There are also fold out couches on the 1st and lower level (not that comfortable but offer additional sleep options). The view is nice. You can barely see the top of the Space Needle from the main deck. Galley kitchen is small but not a big deal to us. This cabin is not secluded as it is in an Black Bear Falls but we really had no issue with privacy. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent this one again and had a good experience with Jackson Mtn Homes.

The view at the cabin was even better than the pictures. We soon realized our own pictures wouldn't do it justice either! It was breathtaking all day long, and especially at sunset. The cabin was great and fit our needs just fine, with the kitchen having anything we needed for our stay. Our only disappointment was the beds which seemed well-worn: squeaky and too hard for our taste. We'll bring our own dish soap next time too, but otherwise the starter supplies worked out well. The drive up to the cabin was steeper than we anticipated too, but was worth it to get the view. We were surprisingly close to everything we planned to visit and appreciated the supplied directions and coupons. We've already told family and friends of our great experience and would gladly make a return trip in the future.

This cabin was wonderfull. The view was better than the pictures and we spent many hours on the porch just vegging out looking at the Smokeys. We did see a few deer and on the dive down from the cabin some wild turkeys. There was plenty of room in the cabin and was very clean. My only recommendation is for a few larger frying pans. Parking more than two cars in the driveway might be a challenge and thank god we choose not to arrive late at night as the drive up to the cabin was tricky the first time in the daylight even with good directions. I could see why you need four wheel drive during the winter. The area around the cabin was very quiet and we enjoyed a moring walk checking out the other cabins. If you are looking for 3 master suites on three levels all with nice views from each bedroom then this is your cabin. I would rent this cabin in a heartbeat!!! Great value for the money,

What spectacular views, especially from the hottub! The location was excellent- just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg yet close enough to be in the middle of things within minutes. The house was great though the kitchen was a little cramped, and the stove left something to be desired for these of us who like a home-cooked meal. Without question, I will rent again from Jackson Mountain Homes and may even request this same location again.

First time for the Enchanted Lodge. Great cabin. Amazing views. This time we even got to see a huge bear coming in to the community we think searching for food. Got some great pics. You all are stuck with us every time we are in the Smokies. I believe this made our 6th cabin we have rented from you all. Have not had a bad one yet. We left just a couple of concerns with the cleaning people just so the next people renting would have no problems. Such as clogged tub upstairs and hot tub needing a little more cimicals. No biggy. Just little things. Thank you again. We will be back soon.

We visited Gatlinburg for my mother in laws birthday, 2 families in our cabin and 3 next door. The cabin was clean and I liked the fact that each bedroom was on its own level with its own bathroom. Gorgeous views from each deck and plenty of space to park(we had 2 suvs and a large pick up truck) There is so much to do and see in this town, I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed here with parents and our 2 teenagers...it was perfect! We loved the location, the view was amazing and we will definately return to Enchanted View! The service was great, they even called to check on us. House was very clean and the layout was perfect for our situation. Teh kids loved the game room and hot tub. Even with the close proximity of other cabins in the neighborhood we still had great privacy. Enjoyed the snow on Christmas Day!!

We had a great time at the enchanted view lodge. My husband & I with our 17 & 21 year old kids met my parents who traveled from Ohio, were very pleased with the cabin, it was very clean, and everyone had their privacy when we wanted it. It was well stocked with all that we needed. This was the first time we had rented a cabin in gatlinburg and we will definitely be back. The view from the back was great along with the hot tub, we had privacy even though there were cabins all around. Thanks JMH! We had a relaxing family getaway!

Everything was perfect! The only setback was the snowing weather on Sunday to travel home, which of course, is not Jmh's fault!
We will try to make this an annual trip from now on as long as I get my 'frequent flyer' discount as I did for this trip!
I will call next time for a recommendation of a house without so many stairs next time. I forgot having twin boys, who love the stairs, would be an issue. Again, not Jmh's fault.

We loved the cabin and loved the fact that we could bring our Lab, Luna. One thing you may want to note though is for the 4th of July we called the office to see if they new if fireworks could be viewed from our cabin. We were told no. However, we decided to take and chance and it did pay off. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks from the top deck of the cabin.
We hope to come back again and rent this same cabin. It met all of our needs. -

We arrived before check-in time - thanks for letting us in. Enchanted View Lodge has a beautiful view. The living area was comfortable and dining area nice. The kitchen was well equipped.
It appeared to be nicely cleaned. (but not sure how recently the floors or rugs were washed). All wood with no carpeting on the main and upper levels made it noisy when anyone would walk or talk, especially when others were trying to sleep. We joked that the squeaking entry doors was the alarm system. The upstairs bed was as hard as the wood floor. Not sure why anyone would want a bed like that. The vanity's in the bathrooms were small with very little space to put stuff. Overall Enchanted is very nice. -

First time visiter to the Great Smoky mountains and truly loved it. Staying at a cabin with Jackson Mountain Homes was a plus, the staff was great they even called the cabin to check on us. The cabin was wonderful my wife, daughter, grandaughters, and my dog Shebia had a great time. It is tough at times to find places that will accept pets and we are thankful that we found Jackson mountain, they even put a treat in the check in packet. Thanks for a great week!

My family and I loved our stay at Enchanted View Lodge. Everything surpassed our expectations. The staff at the office couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The home was just beautiful and I spent every morning and evening just sitting on the porch gazing at the mountains. The area was very quiet during the day and night. I loved all of the pine in the cabin and the window views were great, also. Although we did not use the hot tub, I'm sure that others have loved it. I liked the view and the porch furniture the best. The worst was backing the car out of the steep drive, as there is a drop off to the right of the driveway as you come out. Thanks for a very memorable visit. I would highly recommend your service and this cabin in particular.

We really enjoyed our stay in our cabin. The view was awesome! And although the other cabins are pretty close to each other you still felt that you had privacy. Our priority was to find 3 master suites. This cabin had that on 3 different levels. The kitchen was pretty small and although the cabin sleeps 10 it only had enough pots to cook for 2. I assummed there would be an ironing board but there was not. So bring ironed clothes...it is a vacation after all!

Wonderful cabin. Great views. The cabin was well furnished and had everything we needed. Jacuzzi was great. Would rent this same unit again. The Enchanted View Lodge is a beautiful and roomy cabin. Everything was left in wonderful condition for us. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone and would love to stay there again myself.

We have been going to Gatlinburg for many years now on vaction and this is by far our favorite house that we have stayed in yet. The house is more beautiful than we even expected by looking at the pictures. You would never know from our spectacular view that we were just a short drive into town. We will definately be staying here again!!

Jackson Mountain Homes did an exceptional job providing helpful information to make our stay more enjoyable. The cabin was clean and spaceous. The views are breathtaking. This was the perfect Christmas getaway accomodation for a family of 8. We would love to do it again. Recall two problems, the beds were too hard for our liking and the jaccussi tub would not get hot enough. Everything else could not have been better. Thanks for the memories...
