Great for a family of four, this lovely and bright fourth-floor rental offers 2-bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedding includes a king bed in the bedroom, two twin beds in the loft, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The southwest ocean view will surely soothe your soul. Two TVs and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment pleasure. Please note that this is a non-smoking property; smoking is not allowed on the decks or in the public areas. Ensure a wonderful vacation by playing a round of golf, picnicking on the beach, and digging for clams.

This unit was nice and we liked how the master bedroom was separated by the loft. The Livingroom was a little cramped from bulky furniture, but appreciated owners were trying to offer a lot of seating to guests. The Gearhart by the Sea property has always been quiet and a nice place to bring my family. We love the pool and hot tub too!

This was our fifth stay at Gearhart By The Sea, but the first time in unit G693. The kids loved the fact that there was a TV in the loft plus Nintendo. The only drawback was that the sofa was not very comfortable. and there was no kind of frying pan or griddle available.

My husband and I have stayed in this unit before. The owners have done some updating which was a nice surprise. Lovely view of the ocean and Gearhart. My only suggestion to the owners was that it seemed overcrowded with furniture. It was a little hard to maneuver with all the tables and chairs in the living room. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

This is the 8th year that my Grandson and I stayed there. This is something we look forward to each year. This condo was the best by far. My Grandson loved the loft and the place was the best equipped so far. Nice comfortable furniture with lots of reading material and games. Keep up the good work.

The location and room were great. The service was good except we didn't get any clean towels and fire log the second day. Overall we had a great and relaxing time.

Gearhart by the Sea makes doing Gearhart easy. The pool and hot tub are there for those rainy Oregon days that can happen most any time. The beach is an easy 2 block walk and can be reached by trails through the grass rather than any streets if there are little ones. Having McMenamins Sand Trap Pub/Restaurant across the street is a plus. I don't golf, but being across the street from the golf course provides lovely views. The walk to the Pacific Way Bakery for a latte and treat is the perfect way to get going in the morning. The beach is beautiful. And Gearhart By the Sea is right at the dividing point between the beach that one can drive on (very handy if going to the beach with little ones as the gear needed for staying all day is considerable) and the beach that prohibits vehicles (our preferred side now that my girl is older and wants to fly the kite on her own without needing to dodge any cars).
Some of the furnishings are becoming dated in the rooms. And I have yet to find a comfortable couch. But the beds have been good. And the units are spacious and clean. -

We've been coming to Gearhart for years and love the fact
that it remains a quiet little corner of the beach. This unit (G693) has been one of our favorite places to stay. The place
comes well supplied and the view is spectacular, especially on those rare sunny days. Our only suggestion is that most of the owners need to upgrade and update the decor. Some of these places haven't been changed in
many years. Also the bathrooms could use some repairs.
Other than that it is well worth the money. -

We come to Gearhart by the sea each year. We enjoy coming in October because rates a lower and not as many people in town. We have stayed in many different units and enjoy the ones closest to the beach that you can park close to.
