Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this charming and sunny 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. This home offers ocean views, a stereo, and a DVD player/VCR which are a few of the amenities included with this vacation rental which sleeps up to 4 people. The residence is situated on the fourth floor. For your sleeping pleasure, there's a king bed in the bedroom and two twin beds in the loft. If you're hungry, you can whip up a snack in the fully furnished kitchen. During your trip, consider hiking in a state park, walking along the beach at sunset, and fishing for salmon and sturgeon.

The staff are a 10+. The condominium was only in fair condition (this is an owner issue and not a management issue). Stayed at Gearhart many times and know that some of the units are better cared for than others.

I truly enjoyed this unit. It was clean and newly updated, as well as comfortable. The beach is so close and never crowded. This location is great for walking to the grocery store, then walking on the beach back to the condo. We did not use the pool, but I did notice the hot tub is rather small. I did not hear any noise from any neighbors, and I definitely will return.

The unit was very comfortable, the only suggestion that I would make is extra supplies, such as paper towels, kleenex and a warmer blanket.
