Up to four of you can stay here at a time in this sunny and welcoming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. You will love benefitting from the two flat-screen TVs, DVD player/VCR, stereo, and southwest ocean view. The home is located on the first floor. When bedtime rolls around, you have your choice of a queen bed and sofa bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry, you can prepare a snack in the furnished kitchen. In the evenings after a full day of being out and about enjoy a movie together on the living room couch. Ensure a fabulous vacation by building a sandcastle on the beach, going fishing, and hiking in a state park.

love the remodeling in the room bed was comfortable the room was clean love the flat screen T V and that there was one in the bedroom and the view my friends there are 4 couples that come to gearhart every year for the last 10 years and we have loved every year and love every thing about the room the price and service

Very nicely furnished apartment. Very clean. Wonderful view. Very quiet and pleasant. We made reservations for the following year in the exact same room.

I thought, of all the units available this most resembled our unit we once had at Gearhart, very nice. More money should be spent on the towels for the bathroom, very cheap! Unit was high for the age of the condo.
The golf course was convenient but not as nice as we remembered. -

Wonderful room, clean, comfortable bed! Loved it and most definitely would return to this room. Staff in office extremely friendly and was very appreciative as I canceled and rescheduled same day and they were so understanding and helpful.

The only drawback was that the floorboard heat did not work our first night, causing portable heaters to be brought in. It was fixed promptly the next morning. I was a bit surprised that nothing was said about this at check-out. But this is an outstanding unit.
