We have been coming for three years to share a three day stay with dear friends from Washington. We love the meals in the town and across the street at the "Sandpit" Between a round of Golf and walks on the beach we spend time just getting caught up on families.

we have visited several times, and will continue to do so. i like the fact that you can drive on the beach (no packing your beach gear, i hate that!), and there is an access on location...i also like the fact that there is a great restaurant across the parking lot from the condos. and the condos are always nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. they also have a lot of condos that are pet friendly. all this makes for a great beach trip every time!! i always mention gearhart by the sea to my friends when they ask me where to stay on the coast!

The space was clean and quiet, a good place to read and think. Adequate, but datad furnishings. I don't know if I would return.

The unit is in need of a update. The unit was well layed out for our needs. The location on the property was OK . we rented a unit for 2011 with a better view of the ocean and the unit has been updated.
The location of the property is exactly where we want to be. The food service/quality onsite was very good.
