Experience a wonderful and relaxing vacation by staying in this charming fourth-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit . This unit has one main bedroom along with a loft which also sleeps people. You will enjoy the Southwest ocean view. Bedding includes a King bed in the bedroom, Two twin beds in loft. Feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings while lounging around on the living room sofa because a DVD/VCR player is provided. This home was remodeled in spring of 2009 so it is updated and tastefully furnished. Gearhart House is a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed on decks or in public areas.

This is our second stay at Gearhart House and this unit was even better than the first. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It was nice to have flat screen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. I could watch my program while my wife could watch hers as well. I loved the wood stove. We had a heat bulb go out in the bathroom and it was replaced within minutes of notifying the front desk. One thing I must mention is that we had previously stayed in a motel unit on the beach at Seaside with two queen sized beds in a single room. Only a small under counter refrigerator and mini microwave. The balcony was almost a joke. The units at Gearhart by the Sea are far superior, at least triple the size, large balcony, full kitchen, large living room and separate bedroom. Plus, Gearhart House was less expensive.

It was ok. It had what we needed, but they were doing construction right above us and it was extremley loud. When I told the front desk they just said sorry and that was it.

We had a big group of runners needing a place to stay after Hood to Coast. Fairly convenient to Seaside and spacious for our group. Would be nice to have more bathrooms to accommodate showers but it worked fine. Had some challenges with checkin but it worked out in the end.

I loved the room. It was perfect for my husband and I. The only thing that I would change about it is I would loved to have had a T.V. in the bedroom. The view was great! Very clean and private.

We stayed in a great 1 bedroom loft condo it was very nice. Grat view of the beach and close to the pool...coing back soon
