Experience a wonderful and relaxing vacation by staying in this charming fourth-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. This unit has one main bedroom along with a loft which also sleeps people. You will enjoy the Southwest ocean view. Bedding includes a Queen bed in the main bedroom, Two twin beds in loft. Feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings on the large flat screen TV while lounging around in the living room because a DVD/VCR player is provided. Our family has stayed many times at Gearhart by the Sea but this was the first time in Unit 695. The younger members enjoyed the loft sleeping arrangement and we all enjoyed the great view to the south in which we could see the shoreline of Seaside. The staff at check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. The staff at The Sand Trap were fun and easy-going so it was easy to see why the restaurant and bar were doing a great business. Our room was clean and well furnished in the kitchen with all the utensils we needed. We will definitely come back to Gearhart b y the Sea very soon and will strongly consider staying in Unit 695 again. Go Ducks!

The place was warm and inviting. The bathroom is in dire need of a remodel. It felt old and dirty. The bed was very comfortable and the nautical theme was nice. The view was beautiful.

Nice location. This room was not as nice as others we have stayed at here.

We have stayed at Gearhart by the sea. This is a great unit if you don't do a lot of cooking. The kitchen is not set up for extensive cooking.

My two grandchildren and I actually stayed in this unit twice -- March and June 2010 -- for two nights each time. They loved it! The liked the loft where they slept. They took over the two recliners. They liked the flat screenTV and DVD player. They want to stay in the same place again when they are on Spring Break in March 2011.

We have stayed at Gearhart By The Sea over a period of many years, and in several different condos. This one was very nice and comfortable, and also has a terrific view. We did find the bed in the main bedroom oo soft, and ended up sleeping in the twin beds in the loft. However, we mentioned the problem to the staff, so perhaps it has been replaced by now.
