Escape the stress of daily life by having a wonderful and relaxing vacation in this charming fourth-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. This unit has one main bedroom along with a loft which also sleeps people. You will enjoy the Southwest ocean view. Bedding includes a Queen bed in bedroom, Double bed in loft. Feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings while lounging around on the living room sofa because a DVD/VCR player is available for you to use. If you need extra bedding a rollaway bed is also available. Gearhart House is a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed on decks or in public areas.

We enjoyed our stay here. The decorations were a little outdated, but not a big deal to us. We were going to stay in a hotel for about the same price and it would have been just a room with beds. I found this online and we had a kitchen, living room, and separate sleeping areas for us and the teenagers for the price we were going to pay for the hotel room. Plus a pool! We love Gearhart and it's close to Seaside for the teenagers! Our only suggestions would be to change to better toilet paper. It was one ply so not the best. And possibly a bigger TV. Of course we don't go to the beach to watch TV but in the evening we watched a movie! Otherwise it was perfect for us!

This was our 4th trip to Gearhart in 2010 in G699. We love the condo since the new owners purchased it and redid the inside. It is very cozy, clean and homey. We attended a wedding on our last visit and gone most of the day. It was unseasonably cold, so we were really chilled when we got back to the condo just before dark. The fire log was not there as usual, and housekeeping didn't bring fresh towels, etc. My husband went to the check-in where he was ignored by Shirley. She wouldn't even acknowledge the fact he was there. Then I went down to get towels and a fire log, but by now it was late, and we just wanted to go to bed. But we then had to wait for towels, after I came back with the fire log. After 15 years of visiting, I must say that was a disappointing first!
