Escape the stress of daily life by having a wonderful and relaxing vacation in this charming fourth-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. You will enjoy the Ocean view from the windows. Bedding includes a King bed in master bedroom which can be transformed into 2 twins and two twin beds in second bedroom, allowing for 4 adults to stay. Other amenities include a DVD/VCR player so feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings while lounging around on the living room sofa. Gearhart House is a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed on decks or in public areas. No pets are allowed in this unit.

Overall, the stay was very nice. The only negative was that the maids did not leave any kitchen towels, and someone had dumped cigarette butts under the sink in the garbage and the rooms really reeked when we first came in. After having all the windows open for a few hours, we were able to air it out. So then the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Thanks for letting me know about the smoke smell in the unit. The Gearhart House is a Non Smoking property, which includes the unit you stayed in room 712. The smoke smell and cigarette butts should have been addressed by housekeeping before your arrival. I will be contacting the guest that stayed before you so that this does not happen again.
