Come and spend a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Front row beach level unit. Enjoy the partial ocean view from your very windows. The bedding includes a King bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in second and third bedrooms, the twins can be made into king bed. Unfortunately there is no sofa bed in this unit. Other amenities include a DVD/VCR player and a lovely fireplace, so feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings with the family. This home has been recently remodeled and is now tastefully furnished to provide ideal hospitality.

Room T401 was perfect for us. 5 women who each wanted their own bed. Loved being able to cook meals when we wanted and eat out when we wanted. One thing that could be replaced is the can opener - pretty lousy. Guess there were two but one was really bad. Had a good time - we will back. Thanks.

This is my family's favorite beach getaway! What I like best is the location of the ocean. It's so close! The decor is very comfortable and bright. Seaside is only one mile away for dining and shopping.

We have stayed at these condos about 5 times and the last 2 times in the same unit which is one of the ones closest to the beach. My sister's family chose to stay at this unit a second time as well b/c it's perfect if you have small kids. You can park right in front of your unit for convenient loading and unloading. There's a tiny fenced courtyard just around the entrance which is great for keeping toddlers from running into the parking lot. It's a less than one minute walk to the beach and there's a grassy area in the back where the kids can play and rinse off the sand. There is also a small wooden playground toy with a slide just kitty corner from the unit - again a bonus for the kids. The pool is a bit of a walk to get to but not a big deal.
Inside the convenience of 3 bedrooms is really nice since we had invited my husband's mother to join us. Inside everything was clean and comfortable, beach style living, do not expect a 4 star hotel. My only suggestion is for the owner to consider replacing the carpet - it appears to have reached the end of it's life especially in the dining area. Ofcourse the view of the ocean is limited; not anything like the taller condo building but for families with young kids it's worth the tradeoff. -

Our party of 6 (My parents, husband and I + our 2 kids under 6) Great spot, good value. Easy-in, easy out. Everything you need and practically in the dunes with an unobstructed view. This end unit is adjacent to path to the beach which we found convenient -- we were there for a few weekdays which meant crowds were light. Kitchenette was perfect and so was the Sand Trap. Kids loved the indoor pool, which was pretty bare bones (think: Eastern Bloc). This unit does not give you access to the gym, which we would have liked on the rainy days we were there. My dad decided last minute to play a round and found a partner for 9 holes easily, loved the course. Other than, that not sure why you'd want to stay in any other "line" at the resort.

The condo has great potential. Unfortunately the whole place was 'sticky' and filthy. We don't require fancy but we do require the places we rent to be clean. We complained and had the maids show up with towels only. They looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked them to please come back and clean after our first nights stay.
When we arrived there was sand all over the furniture, a beer cap in the middle of the family room floor, and spills all over the furniture. The back splashes in the bathrooms were splattered with who knows what. The vacuum didn't work and I'm sure the condo hadn't been vacuumed in ages. Even after complaining almost nothing was cleaned. Still sand on the furniture and so on. We didn't even want to sit down it was so dirty.
I can't recommend this unit or Gearhart By The Sea. We've never stayed anywhere like this. Yuk. -

We spent 2 nights in this unit with 3 teenagers. There was more than enough room for all of us, it was clean, and you can't beat the location, just steps from oceanfront.
