Spend a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit located on the second floor. Enjoy the convenient location to the beach and the partial ocean view from your very windows. The bedding includes a King bed in master bedroom and a King bed in second bedroom as well. There is also a sofa bed available for your convenience. Other amenities include a DVD/VCR player so feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings with the family. Don't forget to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and prepare all your favorite meals which can be enjoyed in the dining area nearby.

We were very pleased with this unit. Great accessibility and privacy. The kitchen was very outdated and sparse in its accessories but I find this to be an issue with almost all units. Also I washed most glasses and utensils prior to using them as I found too many that were not clean. Kitchen aside it was perfect for ys. I would definitely go again.

Loved this condo! The decor and furnishings were dated, but hey it was beach-comfy. Speaking of beach, having it so close to the condo was phenomenal. Great front balcony for hanging out with a beer to watch the sunset. Close enough to Gearhart Golf Course that we just walked there for our 18-hole extravaganza. Wonderful all around.

We were really impressed with this rental. Everything was super clean and there was enough space for all of us to spread out and not feel cramped. The breakfast bar was perfect for the kids to sit at to eat!! We enjoyed the stromy weather sitting at the dinning table playing games. We loved being on the top floor and at the end. However the decking and stairs were a bit slippery in the rain.

The condo is in a quiet, second floor location. Easy walk-up from the car with nice views of the beach and ocean from the front porch. The condo was older and could probably use updating, but was clean and comfortable for my husband, myself and our two pre-school age children. The beach is a very short walk as is the heated indoor pool where we found the water pleasantly warm unlike some so-called heated pools which can be shockingly cold. We had a nice stay and would consider returning.

We stayed here with 2 other couples while attending a friends wedding. This unit was a little dated but very comfortable. Slept 3 couples easily and was a great value for us all.
The McMenamin's Brewery/Restaurant on the property didn't suck either! Half Block from the beach and generally relaxing. Not Fancy by any means...but perfect for our needs or any beach vacation
