Come and spend a relaxing family vacation in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit located on the first floor. Enjoy beautiful ocean view from your very windows and even your own private balcony. There is also a den available if you need to do some work while you are on your trip. Other amenities include a DVD/VCR player so feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings with the family. Don't forget to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and prepare all your favorite meals which can be enjoyed in the dining area nearby.

i have stayed at gearhart by the sea condos for over 20 years now. the delightful staff is always helpful in finding a condo for my needs whether it be just myself or with a group of friends. i have stayed in several of the units, each with a stunning ocean view and many updates and modern facilities make the stay most enjoyable. always super clean!

We decided to come to Gearhart, Or. to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. We usually visit Cannon Beach but thought we would enjoy the quiet of a smaller area. The lady who checked us in was very helpful, but things deteriorated after that. The unit has an undesirable odor which we couldn't seem to identify or get rid of, even leaving doors and windows open to air it. Dead plants decorate the deck, and one even had a number of old stogies in it. It should have been
cleaned. We had no maid service. No hair dryer was provided. Large stains decorated the dining chairs. Slider to deck too heavy and hard to slide. The toilet tended to run in the master bathroom, though we were able to silence it after
trying several times. The unit is nice sized and could be very lovely if it were better maintained. We wonder at the inspection process of the management, and perhaps the owner of the unit lives a distance away and is not aware of the disrepair of their beach home. It was disappointing. The front desk did give us a small credit toward the rental to cover the lack of maid service, but it didn't soothe much. You don't get to repeat your 20th anniversary. We will go back to Cannon Beach next time. -

We enjoyed our stay in unit V468. We loved the view and being at the quiet end of the complex. The kitchen is well equiped. We also loved the black chairs which are the same ones we have at home. We had a few things that needed fixing and the staff responded immediately! We were very impressed with their quick responses. We would stay in this unit again. You might have them put hot pads in the kitchen for safety. We had a great time.
