Come and spend a relaxing family vacation in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit located on the first floor. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from your very windows. The bedding includes a King bed both bedrooms and the master bathroom has a walk in shower. A sofa bed is also available for you to use. Other amenities include 3 TVs and a DVD player so feel free to bring all your favorite movies and enjoy them in the evenings with the family. Don't forget to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and prepare all your favorite meals which can be enjoyed in the dining area nearby. Pets are allowed and are an additional fee of $11 a night.

The check in and out was quick and staff very nice. The room was just ok. It smelled stale, didn't feel clean. At first glance it looked pretty clean but I was not comfortable sitting on the furniture or walking barefoot in the unit. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stocked with items we needed. The drain in the master bath sink is very slow. The kitchen faucet drips. The outside light on the patio is out. The lower level room was great for the dog. We were able to let him out easily and the pet areas were handy.

If you have a dog, you will love this condo! Can't see the ocean, but only a sand dune away. Perfect for letting the kids play and watch out the many windows. Extremely quiet.

The location was perfect, in between Seaside and astoria. The golf course was fun as well as the Sandtrap Bar & Grill.
The rental itself was perfectly located close to the beach. Inside the rental was clean, but very outdated. The stereo & kitchen appliances were from the 1970's. The living room tv was very small. I had to use the iron & it looked like it was from 1950. Next time we'll look for something newer. -

I was pleasantly surprised that you had one condo left and would take our puppy. We had a wonderful time and even were accommodated to spend an extra night. Short walk to the beach. Well-equipped kitchen. Good bed. My hairdresser, David VanKommer is a frequent guest at Gearhart by the Sea and recommended it to me. We will be back. Can you give David a discount next time - he even stocks flyers for your property to give to his customers!

This is actually my second trip in 2010. I loved it so much, I had to come back. The condo had all the amenaties we needed plus more! The rooms are spacious and we were impressed with the service we received daily with the cleaning, replenishing the logs for the fireplace and the offer to replenish any coffee. It was a nice quiet place to go and I plan on coming back in the future.

We wanted a location close to the ocean that would allow us to bring our golden retriever. We found this most excellent condo, on the ground floor with only the dunes between the unit and the beach. The condo was very comfortable (except for the sofa, which really should be replaced) and roomy, and could easily sleep 6 adults (two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in an alcove that can be curtained off from the rest of the living space). The kitchen had everything we needed. Two bathrooms (one in the master bedroom). All in all, a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay in this unit in the future, and have already recommended it to friends. Our dog had a wonderful time!
