One level fabulous home just perfect for a family vacation. Living room has TV/DVD player, multi CD player, surround sound, DVD library, board games & children books to enjoy. Also, gas fireplace with comfortable leather sofas to relax. Open floor plan shows dining area plus a pool table with sliding patio door which gets you out to the deck and overlooking Sunset Lake. Floating dock is provided plus 17 foot aluminum canoe. If fishing interest you, we have a 12 foot aluminum fishing boat equipped with a trolling motor, battery, and a bench seat. The house is located on one acre parcel with over 120 feet of Sunset Lake frontage. It is in a gated community with over 300 residence.There is a south and north entrance which has a gate on both sides to enter the development.There are 6 private access from Surf Pines Association that will give you walking access to the beach. From our house it's a 10 minute walk to the beach. From the north gate after making a left on the first stop sign, the road will take you right to the beach and you can drive for miles on the Pacific Ocean.
