Welcome to Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes Resort in the Beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Cobtree is proud to have achieved a 3 diamond AAA Rating offering air conditioned, children, disabled, dog, pet and cat friendly brick built, English architectural style vacation rental cottages, as well as more traditionally built "Rustic Log Cabin Rentals". Our larger "Deluxe Log Homes" also offer finished walk out basement rooms with French doors leading out onto the lawn which are especially suited for small meetings, seminars, conferences & reception parties for up to 35 people. Each home is provided with free WI-FI, cable tv, domes...tic telephone calls and have a fully equipped kitchen. Cobtree is surrounded by 57 acres of farmland and woodlands overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca Lake. We welcome couples, families, groups of friends and wine tour groups. If combined they are ideal for larger reunions, religious retreats, Wedding Receptions Musselman triathlon & other sporting groups. Together they can accommodate up to 76 people sharing.

We especially welcome parents and visitors to the nearby HWS colleges in the City of Geneva and we are also an eco-friendly resort which cares about our environment by using low energy bulbs, appliances, well insulated buildings and of course, we also recycle.Read more

Just 4-½ hours North West from New York City and 1-½ hours South East from Buffalo on the US-Canadian border by road, you will discover the idyllic Finger Lakes Region which has also been voted the most beautiful wine region in the world.

In a setting of 9000 square miles, there are 11 Lakes and over 1000 waterfalls and numerous gorges, which were formed at the end of the ice age when tremendous grinding pressures gouged enormous holes in the land forming what is now the Finger Lakes region of “Up State New York”. These amazing Lakes range from 3 miles (5km) to 40 miles (64km) in length and from 30 feet (10m) to over 632 feet (194m) in depth! Native American Legend says that the Fingers Lakes were the impression left behind by the creator when he reached down to bless the land. Whatever the truth, the Finger Lakes are a wonderful place to Escape to, to “Just get away” and where you can relax and do either very little or do a lot. To explore the many exciting places dotted around the region and to have that perfect vacation.

Rates include sales tax where applicable, sheets and towels, heating/air conditioning, propane gas for the gas BBQ, free WI-FI, USA and Canada wide telephone calls. No additional cleaning fees, booking fees or commissions payable only an additional 3% occupancy tax. All of our homes and cabins have a fully equipped kitchen. The cost when divided by the number of people sharing offers exceptional value for money for quality rentals homes.

The pricing structure for our larger properties (Seneca Cottage, Cayuga Cottage, Keuka Cottage, Conesus Log Home and Otisco Log Home) is formulated on an inclusive occupancy of 4 people sharing throughout the year except our Peak Season rates which are based on an inclusive occupancy of 6 people sharing.

Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 8 people sharing including use of a double futon with all linen, sheets and towels provided.

Rates displayed are inclusive of any applicable sales tax . The Ontario County 3% Occupancy tax is NOT included in the rate and is charged as a separate tax item on our reservation system for ALL rental periods.Discounts or Vouchers are redeemable only at the time the reservation is made and cannot be applied retrospectively.

  We stayed in Keuka cottage during the Finger Lakes "Cruising the Tropics" weekend. The cottage was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing!
