It is the only residence on the beach and with 600 feet of shoreline, offering the perfect blend of privacy and seclusion for a family or a group of six people.

On the main floor there is a comfortable living area with cable TV, stereo, CD/DVD and iPod dock. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher – even a coffee maker and a waffle maker! – plus a dining table with bar stools. There is a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub on this level, and access to a patio with a spectacular ocean view.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a full ensuite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, Jacuzzi tub, stand-up shower and bidet, plus access to the upper patio overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom, with a queen-sized bed and the third, with two single beds, share a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. There is cable TV in each of the three bedrooms.

The beautifully decorated home has travertine marble floors, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi internet and washer/dryer. All linens are supplied. Just a few steps from your door will take you to the gazebo with seating for 12 or more guests and your own private beach. You can moor your boat at the private dock for easy access to all your favorite water sports. The property is gated for your privacy.

  Amazing!!! House is in immaculate condition, brand new, right on the beach. Awesome views of the beach, crystal clear water and nearby Cays from the balcony and upstairs windows. Very friendly staff/manager, ready to help you with anything you could ask for. Very satisfied with this stay and will definetly come back soon.
