My wife, parents and I rented one of the villas for a Birthday/Anniversary holiday. We had a super time and Eric was an excellent host. The villa was clean, well laid out and well appointed with a beautiful deck, perfect for an evening drink as the sun set. Eric gave us a lift into town one day and also very kindly gave dropped us off at one of the nearby cays on his boat.
All in all a great vacation and we hope to rent both cottages in the next year or so for a larger family reunion. Eric, sorry for the delay in writing this review and thanks for all your hospitality. -

Our family of eight stayed in one of the villas for 7 days. The house worked great for us! It's next to a calm, private beach and we could park our rental boat just a few steps away. The beaches are amazing in Exuma! We saw plenty of starfish, rays and even a couple of dolphins by the bridge near these villas. Eric & Sharlene were very accomodating throughout our whole stay. We would recommend these villas to anyone!

What a wonderful time we had. It is absolutely gorgeous. The weather was perfect and the kids and all of us had the most wonderful time. I would like to pack my bags today and be back down there tomorrow
