Additional notes from the owner

TAX INCREASE NOTE: Our lodging tax is set to increase on 10/1/2013 to 8%.

Our refundable deposit amount, at this time, is actually 20% of whatever your rental amount is. The $360 below is the refundable deposit for the current standard rate. If you have shoulder season rate or other special rate, that would be 20% of that amount.

I actually would be fine with the remainder of payment 2 months before check-in, but FlipKey gave me only 3 and 1 month options.

NOTE: Rates & Fees here subject to change at any time -- SERIOUSLY -- I'm new to the website and all the little special rate forms are a little confusing and I'm trying to figure it out. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding if you see the numbers change, particularly for the 2014 season. - Kate 9/2/2013.
