Excellent family beach home in the private gated community of Debordieu. Escape to a quiet retreat by the sea. House features full membership to the Debordieu club with pool and clubhouse. Golf and tennis with applicable fees. House also features dock in the creek, short walk to beach, screened wrap-around porch with hammock, picnic table, living room with fireplace, dining room, playroom with ping pong table, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, icemaker, 3 cable TV's, 2 VCR's, stereo and a high chair, wireless internet.
Also has fish sink, outside dressing room and outside shower.

Beautiful house located close to the beach. The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. The house and community offered something for everyone in our family, ranging from ages 10 to 87. Not too far away from either Charleston or Myrtle Beach, which made for very nice day trips.

We rented for 10 weeks in Jan-March and loved the place. We really enjoyed being on the creek and watching all the birds and walking through the beautiful neighborhood and to the beach. The fireplace was great. This place has just about everything you could need. We also enjoyed dining at the clubhouse. What a great atmosphere out there. Loved it!

Very comfortable, casual house. Close to the beach, with a small dock that we enjoyed. Upstairs air Conditioning went out for 24 hours, but realtor provided window units immediately. Great house for a big family group - very homey, with more than enough china, silver, glassware, etc.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here, and we love it, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The house is super, very comfortable with everything you need for a vacation. I have rented sheets this year and last, and next year will bring mine, as prefer fitted sheets.
You are also allowed to bring pets, although we didn't bring ours this year
As I said, we have no complaints, and highly recommend this property.

It was a great house and I love the screen porch as the bugs were bad. It was very private which was nice...Would recommend it to my friends... The one thing I did not like was the check out time is to early. It should be at least 11 oclock as we had a lot of people to get up and going after a wedding the nite before. It was tough but we did it...

We stayed there last year, and are staying 2 weeks this year. It was perfect for us, in great condition, with all amenities you need. We had no complaints, obviously, as we are going again, and looking forward to it.
