We enjoyed our summer vacation at Kitchens. The house was comfortable and casual with plenty of rooms for relatives/friends. The house was kid friendly too, with a basement game room with ping pong table. Our favorite part was the screened porch where we all gathered in the afternoon. The joggling board was a hit with the kids! Old fashioned fun!

The Kitchens Beach House offers plenty of room and privacy (9 bedrooms/baths) for our large extended family, and is full of charm, comfort, and fun! There is a huge dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, game rooms, a beautiful beach, a large wrap-around porch that gets great breezes and has lots of seating, etc. All the multiple age groups, from toddler to elder, had a marvelous time together in this lovely home.

clean,well furhished and ,equipped home -realtor responsive to concerns -- off site entertainment for all ages available in 30-45 minute drive - off site adult dining options within 15 minutes limited -on-site recreation options enjoyed included beach,pool,fishing,boating,shelling,tennis,golf,and ,golfcart exploration of grounds

We adored being in the beautiful Kitchens house at DeBordieu. We had all ages in our extended family, and there were fun activities and great spots for relaxing for everyone. The house was lovely in its decor, comfort, style, and beach location. We spent lots of time on the large side porch with its cool cross breezes, just loving being together. That is what the beach is all about!
