For the first time in 13 years, we were booted out of a rental we had reserved!! Nancy was great in finding us another close to the beach. However, 211 was not our favorite villa. It did not have wi-fi which was horrible for my husband who had documents to send the night we arrived. The basement rooms were very musty, but my teenage son didn't mind it :). Other than that, the villa was in good condition. We prefer to be closer to the ocean, but took what we could get since we were displaced. We will be back...we always come back, but will just be in a villa closer to the sand if we can. This villa would be fine for those who don't need the basement accomodations and don't mind schlepping their chairs and such a little ways to the beach. It wasn't that big of a walk, just more than what we had signed up for initially.
