Ruthie's Roost was a beautiful property and the whole DeBordieu property is amazing. It is in a great location with everything you need close by, but with the feeling of being away. We were visiting for a wedding and only stayed 2 nights. We wished it was longer. Maybe sometime in the future we can come back to visit for real vacation and for a week. We will recommend this to our friends and family.

The property was very well maintained. Covered parking was nice.
Being away from the beach saved us some money. Beach was 1 mile
away if you knew the shortcut. Short walk to golf clubhouse. A little
hard to find as the street numbers don't say 527 Ruthies Roost.
Remember to bring soap and shampoo. If I don't opt for the beach I
would definitely stay here again
