Includes fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, 4 piece bathroom, washer/dryer, air conditioning, satellite television, wireless internet, gas barbecue, outdoor hot tub. Can accommodate up to 8 people. Large property with a bonfire pit.
Minutes away from public Balm Beach. Available for weekly rental June through September. Available for monthly rental October through to beginning of June.

Georgian Bay Waterfront Cottage is located in the Private Beach Area that is just north of Public Balm Beach. The Public Beach is located at the 10th Concession Road in Tiny Township and this property is between the 10th and the 11th Concession. The view across the water is of beautiful Blue Mountain.
Swimming is great in the summer and there are many activities and events to enjoy throughout the year. The creek that runs outside on the property has small fish and frogs. Just some of the area attractions nearby include: Shopping Areas, Cinemas, Drive-In Movies, Penetanguishene Cruises, Backwater Fishing Charters, Wye Marsh, Martyrs' Shrine, Sainte Marie Among the Huron, Discovery Harbour, Castle Village, Wasaga Waterworld, Wasaga Paintball, Balm Beach Go Carts and Arcade and many shops and restaurants within 10 or 15 minutes driving time.
