Casa Primula :500m above the lake level nestled in a small village This beautiful modern house offers fantastic views across the lake. The house has a wrap round garden with a shared swimming pool and a private barbecue stove and al fresco dining area. A state of the art Italian kitchen and large dining table mean lunches and dinners are always a pleasure.
The master double bedroom has its own freestanding bath where you can soak and get views of the lake. There is another double bedroom on the lower ground with a cozy log fireplace .
The other two rooms have twin or bunk-beds and perfect for younger family members.

This is the quieter less touristy end of the lake with secluded beaches and great restaurants at reasonable prices and much easier to get to from Milan than other parts of the lake.
There is Paragliding/Kitesurfing /Mountain biking and hiking nearby. The woods are just behind the house where you can go for long treks and forage in the forest.
The lake also has many secluded beaches which you can access by hiring a boat at the local port.
In winter it is possible to stay here and drive to the nearest Ski station every day (45mins) at Campodolcino . if you get the afternoon only pass you can ski for half price for 3-4 hours and return back for Supper easily

Casa Primula is a delightfully well equipped villa overlookIng Lake Como. It has lovely views, great pool access and private grassy terrace for reading and enjoying the surrounds. Our host gave clear instructions on how to gain access and in particular there was a hand written book on sights and services nearby including the delightful local bakery down in the next village. Be warned that a car is required and some level of fitness as there are many stairs however our parents aged 84 & 85 really enjoyed the stay! Many thanks!

We loved our week at Casa Primula. Easy to book with clear instructions on getting in. Extremely well equipped house and garden. Loved the handwritten book on what to do and where to go including finding the local bakery ! Thanks very much!

This house has something for everyone -- a pool and room with a view; a good (small) library and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment; quiet bedrooms and a romantic loft.
We had a wonderful, quiet two weeks from the end of august through the first week of September.

My family and friends were full of gratitude after our stay at this gorgeous villa overlooking Lake Como. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy in such a beautiful setting. Close enough to other amenities to venture out and explore and enjoy, yet private and spacious enough to enjoy all the amenities that the villa has to offer. We will definitely be looking to rebook and enjoy such a lovely home away from home.
