One of Baron Holidays flagship properties, the five villas, sit at the edge of a hamlet right out in rural Gozo, hidden away at the foot of one of the islands landmark hills. One can only get to them through narrow country lanes, past centuries old farmhouses and a small chapel still serving the old farming community.

Aesthetically constructed in beautiful local limestone, in the style of the surrounding houses, the villas blend perfectly with their rustic, serene neighbourhood.

Once inside however you’re back into the 21st century. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable practical furniture, and air-conditioning throughout, ma...kes for an easy to manage self catering holiday. Meanwhile flat screen TV’s (one in the living area and another in the master bedroom) with tens of cable and radio channels, a play station and a DVD player will while any unoccupied hours.

At the back of the property a private pool with a large patio complete with sun decks and a Bbq area gives on to miles of uninterrupted undulating valleys and spectacular sunsets.

Sleeping accommodation, consist of four bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, one of which (double bed) on the ground floor. The upper floor which is reached via a traditional stone staircase, consist of 2 ensuite bedrooms, (one double and 2 twin beds) and another bathroom in the hall way. Elegantly furnished, in neutral colours and with understated lighting, the good sized rooms are designed to complement the peaceful and laid back ambiance of the surrounding countryside. A spare toilet on the ground floor with washing facilities completes the accommodation.

The main feature of the property however is the swimming pool which winds its way into the living room from the large patio at the back of the property. Besides the luxury of indoor swimming, the sparkling reflection of the water gives a spectacular ambiance throughout the spacious open plan ground floor.

The indoor part of the pool is heated in the cooler months (mid October to end May) to allow the visitor the luxury of a swim, throughout the year. This, coupled with under floor heating throughout the property, and the built in fireplace, makes the property perfect for a romantic break even during the mild Gozo winters when, with its green terraced hills and long sunny periods, Gozo is never more beautiful.

For the fitness minded the property also enjoys the additional facilities for a communal mini-gym and sauna making the property perfect for a group with mixed tastes.Read more

  We have noticed that you were very satisfied with the general facilities, cleanliness and location of the villa, however you we were very surprised to read that you were not fully satisfied with the service we offered you while you were in our property.
  
  Please note that we are fully committed and dedicated to provide the best customer service possible in our holiday home and that is why when you had a problem with the hair dryer we have replaced it on the same day. Also the water problem on the 3rd day of your stay in one of the bathrooms was solved within 2 hours of your call from our maintenance personnel.
  
  The other thing that comes to our mind was the language barrier, however we have done a big effort to translate your messages and reply back to you in your mother language for your convenience.

  A very nice place to be, the house correspond to what is said in the website, service was very good and reactive when problems occurred. Only little problem: the swimming pool was not so clean, but it was the end of the season...

  Our trip went very well, living with a high level of service. We left with a baby and a child and as we had requested, we have found the necessary furniture in the house. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place, the rafinnement decoration, the view of the surrounding landscape. The heated pool was wonderful. We spent a pleasant time. It could easily rent a car and go by boat arround Comino Island through barongroup. We therefore welcome the effectiveness and responsiveness of their service.
  We recommend this place for a great stay on Gozo.

  5* luxury- Total relaxation!

  Our holiday at Hamlet no. 3 certainly lived up to its expectations. The farmhouse was luxurious, spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely views over the valley and towards the sea. Pool area is totally private and as the property is accessed through a narrow lane, set off a quiet road, it is unbelievably peaceful. The open plan living area downstairs was fabulous and air conditioning throughout a real bonus. The glass doors separating the kitchen/ living room and the indoor pool can be locked (handy with young children!) and also, the glass doors underneath the wooden doors to the outside pool. We found that all doors needed to be kept closed as flies could be a problem if left open. There was ample seating even for the 9 of us and gas BBQ was fab. We hired cars for the duration of our stay as it was far too hot to walk anywhere. Cars had to be parked on the road (very quiet road!) as there is only a parking space for unloading which serves the 4 villas. This was not a problem as lane is not too long. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins by car or 30 min walk. Malsarforn is a lovely bay in evenings with a good selection of restaurants to choose from. Xlendi is also a nice place to eat whilst watching peolpe swimming in the quaint little bay. Ramla Bay definately the nicest beach we found (aprox. 20 mins by car). 2 of our party went scuba diving at Malsarforn, which was booked through rep. at villa. We booked the holiday through Maltachoice, including the hire cars, transfers and welcome pack, all of which we were extremely happy with. Would certainly use Maltachoice again.
