Villa Bellavita A is a spacious apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps five people. From Villa Bellavita A you will have a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Bellavita A is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Peccioli , where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the local bus.
Villa Bellavita A is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately 25 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Bellavita A... you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
Villa Bellavita is an ancient Tuscan building completely renovated into five spacious and smart apartments and it is set along a track road in a peaceful contryside, within a fifteen minute drive of the villages of Peccioli and Ghizzano. On the ground floor you will find a communal lounge with satellite tv, a log fire, a laundry room and a reception area.
Set within the pretty grounds, a large swimmingpool and a sun terrace provide a relaxing setting after a busy day sightseeing while the communal pizza oven, the barbecue and the covered gazebo make dining a delight; you can also do long walks among the surrounding woods. The place is ideal for families with children who can freely enjoy in the large green park. Moreover, it is ideal for its strategic location that allows to reach the main art cities (such as Pisa , Florence , Siena , Lucca , San Gimignano , Volterra …) in more or less 1 hour.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
A laundry room is on the ground floor. You will be able to enter it from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a double-glazed window with a partial view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a table to seat seven guests.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the vegetation.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
