Fascinating spaciuos full of light attic apartment in the beachfront condominium in the center of Giardini-naxos, famous and privileged place, epicenter of the Sicilian tourist life, regardless of the season!
In the building there are two elevators and private parking on request. The top floor of the building, where is located the apartment, enjoys splendid panoramic view over the sea, bay of Taormina, the medieval village of Castelmola and Mount Etna. On the ground floor of the building there are pharmacy, bank, beauty salon, perfume shop, bar. Nearby there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, the harbor and the bus stop to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places.
The condominium is about 20 meters away from the sea. The central beach of Giardini-Naxos is located just in front of it. The beach with fine sand is available both free of charge or for payment. You can choose between renting sunbeds with umbrella or staying on the sand.
The apartment is situated on the top 6th floor of condominium. The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable, functional, spacious and full of light. Besides it is very special: thanks to the location on the top floor of the highest building of the city, apartment enjoys amazing panoramic view of 270 degrees over the sea, bay of Taormina, the medieval village of Castelmola and Mount Etna. You can enjoy the sea view from each point of the apartment including bathroom.
The apartment is furnished and completely equipped with all necessary and essential things, consists of living-room with a sleeping zone, bedroom, bathroom (WC, bide, shower), terrace integrated with dining-room an open-plan kitchen, open-air solarium with a barbecue, where you can take a sun enjoying great view of Etna and the sea. The apartment can accomodate from 2 up to 6 persons (available 1 twin bed and 2 double sofa bed), so you can stay here with your family or just in couple.
