We stayed in this appartment at March so we couldn't enjoy a sand beach of Giardini Naxos located literally meters from there.
Beautifil Taormina is very close , and Etna volcano is just in your window. Both Cattania and Messina are less then hour of driving so the location is perfect if you have a car.
The appartment is very nice, bright and convinient. The building is a bit outdated but it seems to be right for every building around.
The owners are very nice people and really do their best to make your stay there unforgettable.
