Four families rented skyway and sister property starstruck. Both houses are fantastic providing wonderful accommodations and incredible views. We had wonderful dinners at skyway. The kids swam in the pool and hot tub and the adults relaxed enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Skyway is centrally located providing easy access to Cruz Bay, Coral Bay and all of the north shore beaches. I highly recommend this property.

Our family along with 3 other families had an amazing vacation at Skyway and Starstruck. The houses are spectacular, the views are breath taking and it is a perfect vacation spot for families. The kids spent hours in the pools and the parents spent hours sitting outside in the beautiful outdoor living areas taking in the views. The houses were spacious, luxurious and had perfect gathering spots for our big crew. We can't imagine our vacation anywhere else. It was just perfect!!!

The photos on-line do not do this home justice. The spectacular views immediately lull you into "vacation mode". The stresses of daily life melt away with every sunrise from this perfect location and the gleeful feeling that only vacation can bring was bolstered with every sunset. The views are truly amazing. The living space of the house far exceeded our expectations as well. The two master suites could be in an ad for "Coastal Living" magazine. The craftsmanship is stunning; the wooden moldings and architectural design of the rooms were only slightly overshawdowed by the windows which allowed for such wonderful island breezes. Our children had plenty of "space" to play and lounge without ever getting on each others nerves which made the trip so enjoyable. The kitchen - always the center point of the action - is large enough to allow plenty of hands in the kitchen and at the same time allows the chef to partake in the fun happening in the living room. Skyway was in a word - perfect. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Skyway! The views are incredible. The house is lovely - well laid out and well stocked with everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. There was plenty of room for privacy for all ten of us and inviting common areas indoors and out when we wanted to be together. The house is convenient to Cruz Bay and the north shore beaches. We especially enjoyed snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay, swimming at Cinnamon Bay, dinners together under the pergola by the pool and hot-tubbing under the stars. We will be back!

My husband and I took our four adult children and partners to St. John for 9 nights. Skyway was perfect with a central living area and private bed/bath areas. We only spent one day at the house to relax by the pool, only because there are so many beaches to visit! We had everything we needed and more, the house is fully equipped and the outdoor living space is fantastic! The view of St. Thomas from the master is unbelievable. The full moon was shining so brightly one night, I though it was daylight. Thanks so much for the beach chairs, coolers and snorkeling gear - what a great bonus! We all enjoyed our stay so much and were awed by the placed from the minute we walked up! Thanks again from all of us!

We were 4 adults with 2 infants under 2 yrs old looking to get away from wintery Boston. Skyway was a great place to call home for a few days! Of course the view was unreal, the tree frogs were entertaining for our son, the kitchen was big enough for all adults to be preparing foods at the same time, there were so many places to choose where to eat & take in the scenery. The adults enjoyed the much needed jacuzzi after the little ones went to bed. It is definitely luxury island living. Yes, the binoculars definitely came in handy to see the island a bit closer. Was originally worried about the pool in terms of safety for our toddler, but with close supervision it wasn't a problem. Jay was very responsive and gave us good tips/recommendations. We would stay again!

The kids loved the pool and the jacuzzy . We loved the view from the kitchen (overlooking the pool) when we supervised the kids. The refreshing breeze and soft song of the tree frogs made our sleep perfect. We really enjoyed our stay at Skyway. Thanks for everything Jay!

Set up in the hills overlooking Cruz Bay, this house has truly stellar views of the ocean over to St. Thomas. The pool area is an amazing place for dinner, cocktail parties, sunsets and breakfast tanning.
My bedroom was large, well-appointed, with clean/nice linens. The bathroom was enormous and modern. The stereo/iPod hook-up house music system and wifi are wonderful additions.
Everything was super clean and well-organized. My only complaint are the vicious no-see-ums-- although that was only at dusk and definitely an island wide issue. We will definitely be back! -

At Skyway you drift asleep to the twinkling lights of St. Thomas, and awake quietly to shimmering sunlight on boats far below. Each bedroom has privacy and a view. Comfortable accomodations for an extended family. We had ages 5-72. Owners are gracious and timely responsive to needs.

Four winter-weary Boston couples spent a heavenly week at Skyway in early March. Skyway is a lovely home - fantastic layout with a great room for bigger gatherings, lots of spots for cozy retreats, a well-stocked open kitchen, charming bedrooms. The views and stars at night are stunning. We so enjoyed the evening routines of drinks, cooking outside, hotub etc, that we only dined out once (at asolare, which was great). Owner is attentive/responsive (eg, scheduled a time to come the last morning, did a quick inspection and returned our security check on the spot.) Would go back in a flash.

For the past 6 years we have been traveling to St. John staying in different houses every year. We very much enjoyed Skyway and would definitely return to this home for many reasons. The owner is a pleasure to work with. Typically you work with a management company so it was refreshing to have the home owner close by. It by far has the best view and is in a very safe quiet area. I selfishly do not want to give an over the top review buecase I would not someone to take my week! However, it is such a great place if you are considering St. John hands down you will not be disappointed!

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our daily ritual...meeting in the hot tub for cocktails and sunsets. Jay is a superb host and manager. Each room has top quality, elegant furnishings and enormous bathrooms. Every detail well cared for; all is clean and new. We would love to visit again. Definitely a five star vacation rental.
