Near all lakes region & white mountain attractions. 2 Miles to Weirs beach, 4 miles to Ellacoya State Park and Beach. 2 miles to Glendale Boat Marina. Across the street from Paugus Bay - We do not have private beach access however, Weirs beach 2 miles and ellacoya state park 5 miles. Family activities at Gunstock Mt 5 miles. 10 miles to Meredith Town Docks.
Something for everyone. from condo you can walk to The Margate hotel and beach Bar, Chinese Restaurant. Shaws, Market basket, TJ Max, Dunkin Donuts, Lowes and more - Great location. Bring your boat - we have plenty of parking for trailers - There are boat dock rentals across the street $100 M-F - or $150-$200 for the week or you can use the local marinas to put your boat in and out daily

note: Special event and holiday rates are based on a min of 3 nights and max of 4 People. Cleaning fee ranges from $25-$100.00 and does not include bed linens or towels. Bed linens and towels and beach/pool towels can be added for additional cost per person. Cleaning fee can be reduced to $25.00 if renters wish to leave condo clean and provide their own bed linens and towels. Last minute discounts will be considered - please email or call to verify best rate available. Maximum rental permits 4 adults, OR family of 6 with 2 adults MAX/4 children. More than 4 adults are not allowed without written permission. You can possibly rent two condos side by side if you have more than 3 or 4 adults. MINIMUM AGE 25 to sign for rental. All renters over the age of 12 must be listed on rental paperwork NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO EXCEPTIONS, security fee required for all rentals
