Enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Winnipesaukee from this carriage house apartment in Gilford near the Glendale Docks. This new 3 bedroom, one full bathroom shares the private waterfront only with the owner. Superbly appointed with new furnishings, large flat screen TV, Surround sound stereo, central AC, granite countertops and hardwood floors. This apartment has three bedrooms, all with queen beds and additional sleeping on the queen sleep sofa in the living room. Relax on the upper deck overlooking the incredible views of the lake or head down to the perched beach with steps into the water or maybe take out the two kayaks in the no-wake bay. Excellent private property for hanging out and relaxing. This apartment also includes use of a dock that can accommodate up to a 40ft boat. Great location for boaters and convenient to all Lakes Region Activities with plenty of shopping and dining options. For those outdoor enthusiasts, this property is very close to all the adventures that Gunstock has to offer, Zip Line, Segway tours, aerial treetop course, hiking and mountain biking trails.

No indoor smoking or pets allowed. Smoking outside is ok.

Full week rentals only (Sat to Sat) from late June until Labor Day.

Less than full week rentals (4 night minimum) available in early June and after Labor Day.
