Lake Winnipesaukee cottage with sweeping views of the Broads and mountains. There is a sandy beach, and the breakwatered dock holds up to a 25 ft boat. This charming home with knotty pine interior, cathedral ceilings, and screened porch makes for a perfect lakeside retreat. There is an updated kitchen and bathroom, and a deck off the master bedroom. This beautifully maintained home has two bedrooms on the main floor; one has a queen bed, and the other has two twins. There is also a loft, accessible by stairs, with two twin beds.

We loved the beautiful location, perched high above Lake Winnipasaukee with fantastic views. This property has a nice mix of sunny lawn, a protected boat dock, and a great sandy beach.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all appliances/dishes/utensils needed for cooking a variety of meals.
The master bedroom is lovely...overlooking the lake with a sliding glass door and private deck.
Our family experienced some very cool weather during our stay, so we made good use of the cozy fireplace in the main living area.
My teenage twins loved the sleeping loft...it was almost like a separate little tree house for them.
The 2 things I liked the least are the lack of air conditioning, and the fact that the property has only one bathroom, even though the one bath is remodeled and has a wonderful shower.
