This is a lovely year round property located in the mountains surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee - have the lake experience without the price of being right on the water. Located less than one mile from Gunstock, it is also within easy access to Weirs Beach, Loudon, Squam Lake, and Center Harbor. There is something for everyone, in every season, in this five bedroom home. This is a perfect vacation chioice for families wanting generations together, or friends with their own famililes! Bedrooms are spread across the house so there is ample privacy, even for a large group, and, with three and a half bathrooms, no waiting! We have three different... outdoor spaces, including a spacious deck with beautiful Winnipesaukee views, a screen porch, and a brick patio, for quiet evening chats. A large dining room table will accomodate 10+, and the kitchen (or outdoor grill) will make cooking a breeze. Less than two hours from Boston, easy access from Rt. 93, and Laconia airport is minutes away. This is a centrally located home on the western side of Lake Winnipesaukee, and has plenty of parking. Quiet mountainside location with great view of the lake. Open deck for large groups and grilling, screen porch for quiet conversations. Close to beach and mountains, there is swimming, hiking, skiing, shopping and dining all within minutes of our location. Near Loudon racing, Tilton shopping, and Meadowbrook entertainment, there is something for everyone. In the winter, you have Gunstock Mountain minutes away, ice fishing, skating, and snowshoeing....what more could you want? Oh yes, I almost forgot....Keepsake Quilting!! Like I said, something for everyone!

New Hampshire requires a 9% Meals and Rentals tax, which is added to your rate; there are no other fees other than your security deposit, which is returned within 14 days of your check out. One Gilford Town Beach sticker is included with your rental week, with additional vehicle stickers provided for $25 per car.

  We spent a February weekend in this spacious, well appointed house and can't wait to enjoy it's beauty and location this summer. Every single room affords a sweeping view of the lake from it's hilltop location. After skiing at Gunstock, which is literally a minute's drive away, we enjoyed the evening in the great room with its cathedral ceiling in front of a roaring fire. The lower level has an enormous family room with a bedroom and bath, affording
  extra privacy. We watched some distant late night fireworks from the wrap around back porch, overlooking an expansive backyard which is surrounded by woods.
  There is plenty of parking and even a small garage which came in quite handy for ski equipment.
  The owners were extremely accomodating, pleasant and welcoming.
  A great vacation spot at a great value!
