The villa is located on the beautiful island of Gili Trawangan, a short boat ride from Lombok and Bali. The island has no motorized traffic but plenty of lovely beaches, great diving and other fun leisure activities. This is why Gili Trawangan is a very popular and ever growing tourist destination.
Beaches are everywhere on Gili with closet beach only 400m away. Many other beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars either a short stroll or push bike ride. The villa also has access to the Kelapa Villas resort amenities such as in room dining, tennis court and gymnasium.

Situated on the North-West corner of Gili Trawangan, in a coconut plantation, Kelapa Villas was especially chosen for its location ensuring guests total peace and tranquility. The villa offers a private secluded garden and swimming pool. Our guests can easily explore the island by bicycles provided. We are a few minutes from the white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and the abundance of marine life for divers and snorkelers.
The villa is located only 400 metres away from Sunset Beach with beautiful views over Bali's Mount Agung. It lies on a corner plot on the outskirts of the Kelapa Villas resort. Yeah it was awesome. I've stayed on gilli t lots times and must say it is probably the best villi I've stayed at. We even told some friend about it and they ended up staying there too. Defo stay there again, the swimming pool was awesome, the whole place was nice and big, really clean and the guys that look after it all were really good. The guy that takes all the calls I found to be very on the ball, excellent English and really good at his job. Shame we didn't stay there longer just bit of a walk to our dive centre we were booked into. Defo stay there again! Thanks

We stayed at villa tenang on The beauitiful island of Gili T. The villa is great and the staff fantastic they really made it feel like it was our own villa. The villa is away from the ' main strip which means it is quiet and very safe.
Gili is a great place to take the kids nothing is far. We rode bikes all day, swam, snorkled, and ate.
I can't speak highly enough of the Villa .

Beautiful serene getaway that really caters for a family with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool is fabulous, great for a swim after a day of exploring the island on the bikes provided. Perfect location, close enough to the restaurants, swimming and wonderful sunsets but tucked away so that you would not have known it was the party island. The villa is really well appointed with everything you will need. The staff were very keen to make our holiday one to remember.

I would like to recomend anyone travelling to Gil islands to stay at this villa. It was an awesome stay. I cannot rate this place highly enough. The manager was very helpful and supportive with any questions or queries.
The villa itself was just lovely, beautifully presented and just loved the pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay. Room service and food was delicious.Aaa+++ -

We were lucky enough to meet the owners of the Villa who showed us a few of the lesser known delights of Trawangan. Make sure you get pancakes at the night market near the Jetty. Its just back from eating at Scallywags, where you'll get the best of the many fresh fish Bbq's available. The home is fantastic and great for a large family or even two small ones. The pool is enormous.
Staff of the complex were friendly and unobtrusive as they went about delivering our breakfasts each day and giving the home a clean each day.
The location of the Villa is ideal, a short walk away from the noise of the beachfront bars and the nightlife. Or a bike ride if you prefer, bikes were available from the complex for our use. Otherwise simply order a Cidomo and enjoy the ride.
The home has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay on the island. -

We spent 7 nights in this gorgeous villa and impressed from the moment we booked with the owner. He was quick to respond and very helpful. When we arrived the villa was outstanding and clean, more than enough room for the 4 of us, villa staff were excellent and while the villa was 900m from the main strip, we mostly walked it but there were bikes available free at the villa. We enjoyed the peace and quiet that Villa Tenang offered and will definately be back.

Wat a beautiful villa. I've been to many beautiful villas in seminyak but this is by far the best. Hard to describe how nice this is but my girlfriend got tears in her eyes as we walked in. I think that says it all. Rene and his lovely wife were perfect hosts and provided us nice cold beers as we arrived and told us lots of interesting things about the island. Highlight was laying around the pool at night watching the stars and hearing some crazy dude walking through the bush playing the bagpipes. The perfect escape. The perfect villa. The perfect hosts. The perfect island.

We decided to stay on Gili Trawangan for 3 nights with friends. If we had known it was going to be as good as it was, we would have booked for longer. The boat trip over from Bali was smooth and we were met by villa staff when we arrived, then transported to Villa Tenang by horse and buggy. The villa was excellent, the 15 metre pool being a definite highlight (we swam in it several times a day). No cars, dogs or motorbikes on the island also made our stay incredibly relaxing. We rode around the island on the bikes provided which was also a lot of fun. The villa staff were very helpful but possibly thought we were crazy when we had a hit of tennis one morning (very hot!). The island lifestyle is very relaxed, even the people selling things on the beach are very laid back. There were any number of great, cheap places to eat on the island. We would recommend Villa Tenang to anyone wanting a relaxing, quiet, private place to stay. Hopefully we will be returning soon !

stayed here with family (two kids) & we totally enjoyed every minute of it. the villa is lovely , modern & clean. Plenty of room for us to spread out & enjoy. I have stayed on the island before loved it then love it even more now that we have found this villa. last visit we found the beach area to be a little noisy (especially at night) this villa is away from the noise & mosque (early morning prayer wake up !!! . the kids loved playing in the pool while us parents relaxed reading books. the garden around the villa is also pretty lush, lovely & green. the beaches on this island are very safe & clean. great restaurants all within walking distance. would really recommend this place to anyone who wants a really relaxing break in the privacy of your own villa.

We loved the early morning bike rides to the beach before the crowds were awake. We loved the exercise and the feeling of freedom, it was exhilarating a real getaway.
The sunrise was beautiful accented by the soft crashing of the water and the clip clopping of the horses.
The horse and cart on the Gilli Is. were enchanting.
We would definitely go back:) -

It all started with the pick up from our Villa in Seminyak. Punctual, polite and a nice clean car. The fast boat over (2 hrs) was a great ride and upon arriving on Gili T we were greeted with smiling faces and new my name before I stepped off the boat!. We were taken by horse & buggy to Villa Tenang which was a short 5 min ride. Waiting at villa Tenang were courteous & friendly staff who greeted us with large coconut drinks to enjoy. The Villa has large bedrooms all with their own bathroom and a seperate bathroom for visitors or day use from the pool area. Kitchen / lounge area are a great size where you could relax with views of the day bed, sun lounges or the pool. Pool was nice and big and very clean as was the Villa itself. Recommed staying at villa Tenang. The villa came with complimentary push bikes (a real hoot to use) with a 5 min ride on to the main street / bar & restaurant area. It was far enough away to not hear any of the noise but close enough to get there without any worries or consuming your energy. We loved the tranquility of the villa and its surrounds. There are some pot holes in the road leading up to the villa, but we discovered every road on the island has them ( roads are unmade most of the time). Made it part of the fun riding the push bikes

Gilli T is a great destination clear water, snorkeling, great food. No cars, no motorbike and no dogs !
Safe for children and its fun bike riding around the island. The villa is stunning, hugh pool that has plenty of sun we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it. -

We stayed in Villa Tenang on the fantastic little island of Gili Trawangan with our young family. The villa is well presented and very spacious, modern facilities provided all of our day to day needs.
The villa is sited on decent sized land where palm trees and a huge bale provide adequate shade. The swimming pool is welcoming and has a beach style end which is great for the kids.
The staff are friendly and service is good. Reception provide push bikes for all ages and the kids enjoyed the 900m ride to the beach and around the island.
Although a little way out from the beach and bars/restaurants compared to most accommodations on Gili it is much quieter.
Gili and Villa Tenang is a fantastic place for young families who enjoy mixing their day up with snorkelling, food and a few beers down the beach then returning to the villa for a swim in the pool then heading back out for dinner.
We had a great stay at Villa Tenang and will definately head back.
