We were warmly welcomed by our host and our guide. This was the first time we stayed in an apartment vs a hotel and we felt very secure and happy with our choice. Mohammed provides personalized tours which we highly recommend. We usually like to be independent but have to admit that our tour guide Mohamed was invaluable-- he truly made us feel like family and showed us hidden gems we would not have experienced without him. The view from the apartment was incredible! We were able to see the sun set over the pyramids two nights in a row followed by a night light show-- unforgettable.

We've just spent a week in this apartment and feel we had the best egyptian holiday one can think of. Every tiny detail was very well organized including airport transfer, tourist programs, such as horse riding in the desert, visiting local events, trying safe local food. Mohamed took care of entertaining us, as well as providing great accomodation and care. We felt really great and looking forward to returning soon.

Mohamed was very helpful, friendly yet professional. Wonderful appartment with the best view I have every woken up to.
The only reason for check in being very good instead of excellant was a problem with the lift which was fixed within hours.
Appartment had everything you need to make yourself at home, even an iron which is rare and most helpful. -

Travelling with my partner to Caïro we wanted not only to see the Pyramids but really experience them and be close. Well: much closer than in Mohameds appartment you wil not get!! We were amazed to be so near with a free view from the roof terrace.The sound and light show you can enjoy from your own room! The neighbourhood I must say is more for the adventurous tourist. Most people come to see the sphinx ( next door!) and leave, at night you are with the ( very friendly)locals. A minus is that you are a bit far from downtown Caïro,but in return you get the pyramids under the stars at night.
Do mind that though the price is very competitive , the owner might expect you to use his other tourist services ( sightseeing/daytrips), better negotiate this in advance. -

Mohamed is a great host and makes you feel welcome in Egypt. The view of the Pyramids is fantastic from the large roof top deck. I stayed there 6 nights and have no regrets.
I plan to go back to Egypt and will stay there again. I have recommended this apartment to 4 of my friends. -

My wife, adult daughter and I spent two weeks in Egypt in January 2011 just before the anti-Mubarak protests began. We booked Mohamed’s Giza apartment for the entire two weeks planning to use it as a base from which to explore as much of Egypt as possible. Mohamed arranged for someone to meet us at the airport and transport us to his apartment (with no problems even though our flight from Dulles was delayed and we missed our connecting flight in Munich); however, we made no other advance arrangements. Upon arrival, we told Mohamed what we hoped to do and see, and he made it all happen. He arranged guides and transportation (air, train and car). He even explained my gluten intolerance to our guides so that with their help, I was able to successfully maintain a gluten-free diet (something that I had read was impossible in Egypt). We flew from Cairo to abu Simbel and back to aswan; drove from aswan to Luxor; and took the overnight train from Luxor back to Giza. We also spent several days in the Western Desert and took a day trip to alexandria. While in Luxor, we stayed in Mohamed’s apartment in West Luxor (which was exceptionally nice), and Mohamed didn’t charge us for the Giza apartment for those nights.
I would echo an earlier review that we read before making our reservations: Mohamed’s Giza apartments are not five star accommodations; however, they are large, clean and have an incomparable view. I would also add that even though the listing says that smoking is permitted, there was no trace of cigarette smoke in the apartments we stayed in. As the earlier review also says, Mohamed’s apartments are for the “travel savvy warrior” who wants to experience Egypt and meet Egyptians. The guides Mohamed arranged for us included male and female arab Muslims, Bedouins, and a Coptic Christian. The Egypt they showed us was smart, well-educated, diverse, tolerant, friendly, and very safe. The neighborhood grocers in both Giza and Luxor were friendly, accommodating, charged us Egyptian prices, and refused baksheesh. I whole-heartedly recommend Mohamed and his apartments to any traveler who wants to escape the “tour group” and live with ordinary Egyptians in Egyptian apartment buildings in real Egyptian neighborhoods. And regardless of where you decide to stay, I encourage visitors to return to Egypt as soon as possible. The ancient monuments are spectacular, the people are amazing, and I am confident that Egypt will continue to welcome and protect tourists as it transitions to a new (and hopefully better) government. -

This apartment is very clean and fully furnished. There is a spacious rooftop and balcony, which gives you a full view of the pyramids. Absolutely amazing sight at night. Highly recommended, especially with the reasonable price!

I recently have spent two wonderful weeks with a friend in Giza, where our guide Mohamed Fawzy organized an amusing tour for us. From the beginning to the end we didn't waste a minute to enjoy our trip in Cairo. The apartament is so beautiful and the view is wonderful. We had dinner in front of the pyramids and in the night we have tried to count the stars. Our guide organized all kinds of entertainment for us: we had amazing dancing in a typical disco, horses and camels. We also had a chance to play with a lion's puppy, laughtering with Egyptian people...We have driven ''quad runner''in the desert...Everything was extraordinary and funny. So we want to thank our tour guide Mohamed Fawzy, hoping to enjoy again a similar tour with him.

This apartment has an incredible roof top. If you climb onto it, you can have
the best view. I spent most of time of my staying at the roof top. There are two
ensuite double rooms and kitchen.
And the staffs are very nice and helpful. They could give you a lot of travel
tips, e.g. flight arrangement, hotel arrangement, cruse arrangement etc.
I really enjoyed my staying there. -

Depuis la prix en charge a l'Jusqu'au retour Aéroport, Tout à Été parfait.L 'appartement au Caire HNE Très Bien au pied des Pyramides situé, confortable et unique intérêt la terrasse!
Mohamed Fawzy HNE tres gentil et serviable et il EST UNE agence de voyage d'un Lui Tout Seul!
Il une Organisé Tout séjour commun: Voitures, guides, intérieur vol, Louxor un appartement, visites .. J'Ai fel same du quad et du cheval DANS le désert ... et Tout à très bon prix .. une hésitation essayer sans verser passer des Nations Unies super séjour en Egypte!
Depuis après avoir pris soin de l'aéroport jusqu'à son retour, tout était parfait. L'appartement au Caire est très bien situé et confortable et le toit est exceptional.Mohamed Fawzy est très gentil et serviable et il est une agence de Voyage a lui seul! Il a organisé tout mon séjour: voitures, guides, vols intérieurs, appartement à Louxor, visites .. J'ai même fait du quad et des chevaux dans le désert ... et tout cela avec très bon prix. Pour essayer sans hésitation à franchir un grand séjour en Egypte! -

my friend mohamed help me a lot during my stay in cairo... without his help it would be mutch difficult for me going around and found places to see.. i like more the sunset horse ride it was the best!! i wan t forget it ever!!! home was good, big and confortable.. i suppose to go back a day ,meet my new friends, mohamed and rayed..for me and christo these guys wasn t just our tour organizers but our friends ...thank u for all! our door in greece is open for you any time!!
