Description
Beachfront, tastefully decorated fully equipped modern self-catering 1 bedroom apartment with direct access to a huge tropical garden of 2,750 sqm, the swimming pool and your secluded beach.
The 1 bedroom unit has :-
* Master bedroom with double bed / en-suite bathroom / changing room, own verandah opening out onto the garden and some steps away the shared pool, a barbecue gazebo and the beach. The bedroom is air-conditioned.
* The kitchen has a high breakfast bar adjoining a small lounge corner. There is a wall fan, and all opens out onto the long verandah facing the garden, swimming pool down a few steps and the sea.
The apartment is fully equipped, we provide all linen, bath & beach towels. The apartment is cleaned every 4th day - this includes change of all linen and bath/beach towels. You have direct access to your own secluded beach. The snorkelling in this area is wonderful and if you are lucky you can catch sight of turtles, eagle rays to name a few.
On arrival we provide you with :-
* a starter pack (fruit in season, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, juice, small bottle of olive oil, salt, pepper)
* a complimentary 12ltr mineral water bottle and mineral water dispenser
* free wifi
* Free cable TV package in the lounge
From your bedroom / kitchen or lounge you have a lovely view of the ocean and the beach is just down the garden.
Secured off road private parking is provided.
We are right next door to the Hilton Northolme Hotel & Spa and 4 minutes walk to the nearest shop. Other restaurants or shops are within 3-5 minutes drive away and that also includes watersports facilities such as jetski, paragliding, diving to name a few.
For those who wish to try the local transportation, the bus stop is opposite our entrance. For those who wish to just relax - your secluded beach is just down the garden - a wonderful beach at low tide for children and great snorkeling area.
We can organise airport transfer at cost.
A peaceful haven just for you and yet not far from all the restaurants in the area (1 minutes walk away - Hilton Northolme Hotel and Spa - 8 minutes by car - La Scala - Italian-International Cuisine or Creole Buffet Dinner restaurant just 4 minutes by car)
