Beachfront property, elegantly decorated, spacious and stylish ,fully furnished 3 bedroom modern self-catering semi-detached villa, with direct access to your secluded beach.
The 3 bedroom semi-detached villa consists of:-
• The first floor which has a Master bedroom with double bed / en-suite bathroom with shower and lovely verandah with round day bed and armchair
• 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be brought together to form a double bed) / en-suite bathroom with shower and small balcony.
• The ground floor has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room - the latter opens out onto a balcony with extra dining table and also a small sofa.
• The 3rd bedroom which is on the garden level, is much bigger than the master bedroom and has a double bed, day bed and a changing area and an en-suite bathroom, own verandah opening out onto your own small garden and some steps away down the garden the swimming pool, barbecue gazebo and the beach.
The semi-detached villa is fully equipped, we provide all linen, bath & beach towels. The semi-detached villa is cleaned every 4th day - this includes change of all linen and bath/beach towels.. You have direct access to your own secluded beach. The snorkelling in this area is wonderful and it is also a great beach for children.
We have a lovely deck right next to the beach with sunloungers and umbrellas next level is the barbecue gazebo and just up From that the swimming pool deck with sunloungers and umbrellas as well.
On arrival we provide you with a starter pack :-
* fruit in season, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, juice, small bottle of olive oil, salt, pepper
* a complimentary 12ltr mineral water bottle and dispenser
* free wifi
A BBQ gazebo is at your disposal right next to the beach.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Free cable TV in the lounge and all have spectacular views on the beach and bay.

Wake up to the sound of the sea and admire the breathtaking view from your bedroom verandahs and watch the spectacular sunsets. Your home away from home.
Set in a large shared tropical garden of 2,750 sqm bordering the sea, peaceful setting, great snorkeling just off the beach, very private with secure parking, close to shops and many restaurants (4 minutes walk away to a small shop or 3-5 minutes by car to bigger shops) . The nearest restaurants are at the Hilton Northolme Hotel & Spa which is just next door.
Great for families but also business travellers.
