Little Ceste is a lovely cottage - ideal for a get away from it all break. The cottage is well maintained, the setting is lovely - but if you like lots of local facilities this is not for you. Tony was warm and welcoming, the cottage clean and comfortable, the hot tub was great for star gazing at night. Our two dogs Fozzy and Revel also enjoyed the secure garden, and the great walks straight from the cottage, as well as walks further afield as recommended by Tony.

An incredible place to stay. Located in a stunning isolated valley. As you leave the door your greeted with the sight of Red Kites and buzzards quartering the sky. At night you can relax in the hot tub and view the milky way.
The cottage has been beautifully fitted and tastefully and decorated. The owner who lives 100 yards away further up the track is extremely helpful and keen to ensure you gain full benefit from your stay.
We would certainly like to return.
Only one minor caution, the isolation of the cottage means that it is accessed by narrow lanes and the final 500 yards on an unmade track. For smaller vehicles (or timid drivers like me) it takes a little getting used to. But this is a minor price to pay for what is one of the best places we have stayed in the UK

If you like the middle of nowhere then this is the perfect getaway. Great location with plenty of walking direct from the cottage, then get in the car to visit lots of lovely towns nearby. The accommodation is fantastic, I will be going back again!
