This welcoming cottage is set in a rural area, close to the hamlet of Glascwm in Mid Wales and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Little Ceste is a wooden clad cottage situated in an isolated position, next to the River Arrow, 2.5 miles from the hamlet of Glascwm and 9 miles from Builth Wells in Mid Wales. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor king-size 4 poster double with dressing room and en-suite wet room, one ground floor twin, and a mezzanine twin, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with... woodburning stove plus a mezzanine sitting/play area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, an enclosed patio area and an enclosed lawned garden with hot tub. Little Ceste is a lovely base for families and friends who wish to visit the Brecon Beacons National Park and nearby market towns.

Amenities: Underfloor heating on ground floor - heated by woodburning boiler, alternatively woodburning stove in sitting area can be used as main heat source. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Extra wood available at a small charge. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed front patio area with furniture, BBQ, chiminea, child’s sandpit and herb garden. Enclosed lawned garden and paddock beyond patio with large hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 9 miles, pub 4 miles. Note: Mobile phone reception is limited. Note: Due to livestock in surrounding fields, dogs must be fully under control when outside the property. Note: By prior arrangements horses are welcome, and the owner can provide stabling for 2 horses. Note: The mezzanine play area and twin bedroom are accessed via a steep, open spiral staircase and has restricted head room of 5 foot, young children to be supervised. Note: There is a fenced stream a few yards from the property, young children must be supervised. Note: Property is accessed via a stone track, low suspension vehicles need to proceed carefully.

Town: The scattered hamlet of Glascwm, dating back to the 6th century is situated in unspolit countryside. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
