This attractive holiday cottage is part of a quiet courtyard development of 3 properties and a small bed and breakfast. It is totally self-contained with a lovely sheltered garden and patio area with garden furniture provided. The interior is comfortably furnished and well appointed. All rooms are on one level and suitable for disabled visitors and wheelchair users.

Two bedrooms with twin single beds, living/kitchen area and bathroom. All need a bit updating but perfectly adequate. Nice and quiet with area to sit out and hang washing.
Location is great, 5 mins walk from Milngavie with shops/Tesco and rail station. Good value but not luxury. -

It was very clean and lovely beds, great for what we wanted we were c;ose for craft show in Glasgow but had some fun days out as well would recommend, Location is very good for the Trossocks.

I do think some mention should be made of the five fairly high concrete steps from the car park to the level of the cottages. It was difficult to move luggage etc from the car to the cottage, as it was necessary to go down the steps and walk past the Guest House and through the gate to reach the cottage area. Could be difficult for some disabled people, as close access was not possible.

The bungalow was excellantly place to go into Glasgow by frequent bus service thus saving the hassle of taking a car The countryside & Loch's were only a short drive away so the best of both worlds. Very peaceful location when we were there.

Service was available if we required it. The conditions of hire promised a "hoover" but this was non existant. The accommodation was comfortable but since we had a dog with us we would have preferred some lawn at rear. The kitchen part of the house was adequate but a brighter light would have been appreciated. Our main reason for the stay was to visit relations - it was ok.
