The Rookery is a detached cottage situated in the village of Glenbeigh. The cottage sleeps seven and has four bedrooms. Situated in the small fishing village of Glenbeigh, The Rookery is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to explore this part of Ireland. The Rookery has been decorated in a traditional style and has four welcoming bedrooms - one ground floor double with open fire and en-suite, one double with sea views, one twin and one single. The cosy sitting room has an open fire, which is perfect to relax next to after a busy day exploring the area. The Rookery also has a bathroom and fitted kitchen. There is also off road... parking for two cars and a lawned area to the side of the cottage that has furniture and BBQ, ideal for dining. The Rookery is an ideal base to experience and enjoy the many activities that are on offer.

Amenities: Full gas central heating, additional heating from open fires in sitting room and ground floor bedroom. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV (Irish channels only). Starter pack for open fires inc. in rent, gas and electricity charged per unit used at end of stay. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned area to side of property with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Town: Glenbeigh is a pretty fishing village that sits on the northern section of the stunning Ring of Kerry, at the foot of the breathtaking Seefin Mountain. The village has many pubs and restaurants and is just four miles from Rossbeigh Strand, a Blue Flag sandy beach. Just eight miles away is the town of Killorglin and the surrounding area has many activities to suit all tastes. Horse riding, golf, canoeing and walking can all be enjoyed. For walkers, the Coomasaham horse-shoe mountain to the south, Seefin and Curra to the east and west and Slievemish to the north are worth exploring. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
