Dick was wonderful! He is very friendly and was constantly trying to make our stay even more comfortable than it was already. From the beginning he did this. I was visiting my boyfriend whom plays for the la Dodgers - Minor League. The minimum stay for this rental was 30 days but I had told Dick my situation and he kindly adjusted the minimum stay for us. I could not be more thankful. Everything you need is provided in this rental! I cooked every night and did some laundry too. I felt at home. The only reason I gave the location a 4 star is because of how far of a commute it was to my boyfriends field at Camel Back (more so, our fault since we chose to be a little farther). I am not from around arizona, but I heard that when you get to the 30's and below (street numbers) it becomes "ghetto" and feels unsafe" this condo was closer to the 60's side, but was still somewhat near the 30's and below. It was still a great location - with plenty of surroundings stores that were convenient for us (frys, Safeway, etc). I also felt safe because of the community the condo is in. It is great I would definitely recommend it to anybody! Great price for a great condo.
I am also a hospitality business management major, and I really appreciated Dick's hospitality. His personality made everything so much easier and comfortable for us. -

The rental unit was well equipped, clean and tidy. For the time of year, it was somewhat cool, the pool was not heated as claimed, but the hottub was cooking. It would have been nice to have wi-fi in the unit,but there was a connection in the common area around the clubhouse. Glendale may as well be Phoenix, and it takes a long time to get out of town to do anything nature related. The location was convenient for groceries, a short walk and some restaurants. If you seek sun and mild temperatures, it is great, but it is not Spain.
