We have just arrived home after a lovely stay in Glendevon, we all found the cottage very nice, clean and cosy. Great location for visiting Perth, Stirling we also enjoyed trips to Edinbrugh which was just over an hour. Ate out most of the the time but the cottage had everything we needed. It was a shame the weather had been so wet as I'm sure it would have been lovely to sit outside. Didn't manage to sample either of the local pubs but hope to next time. The Harrisons made us very welcome, it was our first holiday with our 15month old and I would definatly go back.

We were visiting Scotland for our aunts 90th birthday. Having family in Kinross,Stiling, North Berwick,and Haddington, it was nice to have a location close tp all the cities. The Harrisons made us feel at home and were willing to help us if needed.

The pictures shown were of about 3 years ago. Run down and in need of serious TLC. It is clear the owners are desperate to get rid. Advertised a BBQ, this was non-existent. Said excellent for dog walks, this was when you went for a drive, could not walk a dog from the cottage. There was no access to the water below. The walk to the nearby restaurant was dangerous, yes very close, but very dangerous for young kids. Was not impressed with the mouse/rat infestation in the kitchen, things eaten and droppings in cupboards. Couches were worn and had holes in them. The toilet downstairs could not be used as broken and the handle for the shower in the main bedroom was not attached ( fixed myself). And the place was full of cobwebs. The owner admitted that he hadn't hoovered before we arrived and no hoover or dustpan available to clean up ourselves. This was not worth what we paid for it. You should not charge any more than £400 as not worth it. Unless major changes, we would not go back. Pity as great potential, but left to rack and ruin

Very nice cottage, comfortable and cosy and warm. Only thing is the patio are outside could have done with a bit of clearing up as it was pretty grotty. Other than that the surroundings were beautiful and it was very peaceful.

This was a lovely place for a short break and would even be tempted to go back for longer. The Harrisons were really friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. Excellent value for money. Ideally located for various things to do.
Very dog friendly as well. Excellent walks nearby for the dogs
